Hi, I have asked several times to stop calling me (+91-[protected]) asking if i have any loan requirement. I have been always polite but still the calls keep coming. Please do the needful to ensure i do not get any further calls from bajaj finance. If it does not stop, i will have to take further steps to ensure that i do not get disturbed further. He mentioned that if I want my problem o[censored]nwanted calls resolved, 1000 rupees will be deducted from my account. Is this no of a person from Bajaj finance? If not, how did he come to know of my complaint?? Jun 16, 2017 Updated by rakpat Received call again today from the same number +91-[protected]. He mentioned his name as Rahul. He asked me what was my complaint. I told him that I have clearly mentioned the details in my complaint. He asked me to confirm the same. I told him to let me know his understanding of my complaint and I will confirm. He hung up the phone. Wow Bajaj Finance...customer service at its EXCELLENCE!!!
