Bajaj Finance — please resolve amount deduction from my account

My name is sreenivasulu, I took loan 16000rs for Dr.Batra's Treatment through EMI facility. After 20 days i fully suffered hair loss. so at the time i raised a complaint to stop the treatment as well as please refund the bajaj finance amount like this. I paid one month EMI also. After 2 months i got i EMI amount 1600 at mar 26 from Bajaj Finance people. as well as they got amount from Dr. Batra's clinic. Problem is solved. But Last 2 months onwards i got some deductions from my account, nearly more than 2000rs. What the hell is going n here. please resolve this problem or else i will take action against you.
