hi This is Sanchita i am receiving calls from you regarding the payments details of the loan which has been taken by my cousin brother and if the calls are not answered by him or by me if we are in meeting or such then i receive calls on my office landline and continuously keeps on calling even after telling her that i am not in office as my work is field work and i am not in office and the customer care executive named Bhakti she is so rude that she doesn't even have manners to talk and yes for this i tried to call your complaint number but i count get through so i am writing this kindly look into this matter
