Bajaj Finance — refund of rs 3138/-

My name is mr. Ramdas narayan pawar. My locan acct no. Is 402cdd92702312. I was taken laptop from vijay sales stores from pune on 26 oct 2018 and made pre payment of rs 11978/- and remaining amount rs 18832/- was to be paid in equal emi of rs 2354/-pm for 8 months. On 02 dec 2018 your company has debited rs. 3138/- instead of rs 2354/-. After that i have the sufficient money to pay remaining amount and i had visited so many times to your offices located at fatimanagar and wakdewadi for four closure of loan. They refused me for the same and replied that "as per companies rule we can't take any amount till first emi is not received"' where as rs 3138/- was deducted from my account on 02 dec 2018. Finally i visited your main office located at wakdewadi for closing the loan account and requested to cashier to deduct rs 3138/- and i will pay remaining amount i. E. 15694/- then the cashier refused for this amount and told that rs 3138/- will be reverted back to my account. Finally on 14 dec 2018 and i have paid total amount of rs 18832/-. Which was showing outstanding on my above loan account without deducting rs 3138/-
In view of the above i would like to request you to look into the matter and refund rs 3138/- in my account as soon as possible.
