Bajaj Finance — Refund of Wrongly Levied Late Fee of 1,200 on Loan A/C [P410PSA13570763]

Respected Sir/Madam,

I hold a loan with Bajaj Finserv, and my EMI was due on June 2, 2026. I had sufficient funds in my registered bank account on that day. However, the EMI was deducted on June 3, 2026, and a late fee of ₹1, 200 was charged.

Since the delay was due to processing at Bajaj’s end and not due to insufficient funds on my part, I request you to reverse the late fee of ₹1, 200 and any subsequent late fees levied on it. The deduction on June 3rd confirms that funds were available on the due date.

I am being contacted daily by your representatives demanding payment of the said fine and additional charges. I request you to look into this matter, correct my account statement, and confirm in writing that no dues are pending on this account.

Please treat this as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.
