Bajaj Finance — emi card suspended but i received sms regarding buying new mobile

Dear team,

This is bring to your notice that my emi card permanently suspended. I am agreeing that i didnt pay that amount of 5 emis in time you people didnt called up and not aked the reason. The reason was i paid 1 emi amount to your executive he said i will give receipt eveing due to some server problem. I called up several times its not working. After that i relocated to kurnool and i visited kurnool bajaj office for the payment the amount rs12220/-. I asked them waiver they said send email. I did same thing. I received call they informed pay rs6200. I informed same thing to back end team. They said we cannot do any thing make payment of rs6250. I did payment and asked to them about bajaj card they said ask in branch. I asked in branch also they said it will activate after 45days. I checked in experia its showing permanently disconnected the card. What is this i paid extra amount of rs1250 and card also permently disconnected. Its very worst service by u people. My contact numebr:[protected] call after 10am to 2pm. I want my card activation. Last few days back i received sms you purchased mobile and the emi will be rs2122. And i got otp also. What happened in bajaj i never expect this type of service from you and i hope every one will suffer like that only

After giving complaint i received call from this number[protected]. He used unparliamentary language. Bajaj is stupid company and the staff also like that every time they never change and if i raise complaint they can speak like unparliamentary words in call and i am insisting that to take necessary action that fellow who spoke that lunguage and the same mail i am sending to we care bajaj and i wont leave that stupid. How can he speak like that with customer.

As per the promotopal e-mail received on my registered e-mail from bajaj finserve, i have applied and paid an amount of rs. 4777=00 online through my bajaj experia user account on[protected] for subscription of bajaj finserve digital lounge lifelong membership & bajaj finserve ellite card.

My name is sivaraman .i finish two loan value 75000 i complete, but iemi cart block. but i all complete my emi loan in correct time plese remove my emi cart bock my customer it 37273746 name sivaraman from karur
