Bajaj Finance — Regarding bounce charges

Dear Sir,

This is with regards to the grievance I want to bring to your notice faced by me due to the pressure and stress created by Bajaj Finance Ltd.

I would like to explain the complete issue in detail in chronological order.

I have taken personal as well as home loan from Bajaj Finance Ltd. and was paying my EMI appropriately till the month of March 2020 until the lockdown was announced.

Post lockdown, my employer had reduced the salary and due to few other issues, I had to face severe financial crisis during the lockdown period.

As per guidelines issued by RBI, I had applied for a moratorium to my personal as well as home loan and the moratorium was granted for the first 3 months.
Post that, inspired by requesting extension no. of times, my request was rejected.

Also, I had requested for loan restructuring in which I do not have to pay EMI for 6 months and then start paying the dues on a regular basis. This too was rejected by Bajaj Team.

At present, I have started repaying my dues since the month of October.
My salary issue date is the 10th of every month and I had requested the Bajaj team to change my EMI date between 11th to 15th, and this request was also not considered.

Also, they have already deducted around Rs. 40, 000 to Rs. 50, 000 bounce charges couple of months before. Attaching Bank statement which deducted bounce charges.

In Spite of the earlier bounce charges deducted, Now, as mentioned earlier.. The team is claiming approximately Rs. 40, 000 as bounce charges at present in addition to the earlier charges paid.

Now, the team is calling me every 2 hours on mobile..on whatsApp and torturing me to the maximum extent where I am provoked to self harm myself in a way where I cannot live.

They are also very frequently visiting my place which is disturbing me mentally and stressing me to extreme conditions.

Kindly help me and look into this matter so that I can at least be alive if not happily.
