Bajaj Finance — Regarding pre closure and part prepayment charges

Hi team,

Today i have received a message regarding updated charges in part pre payment and preclosure charges.
Actually, i have taken two loans with bajaj since i was told that i will not have foreclosure charges.

My loans numner are

Now suddenly, you are telling foreclosure charges of 4% + (Service tax15%) i. E. 4.60% will be applicable on balance principle amount.

This is not ethical.

I would like to raise a compliant on this case. If i am not getting right reply from customer care and through mail also. I will go to consumer court.

You are really going to loose loyal customers if you are doing these kind of fraud practices.. It is much better and easier to transfer the loan to other bank with low interest rate if the pre closure and part pre payment charges are the same in all bank.

Happy with 4 % and we will transfer out loan to others.
