Bajaj Finance — surrender of vehicles but company insert my name in civil.

i had been purchased a vehicle no.WB18A7633(motorcycle) for my elder brother by bajaj finance loan a/c no.L2WGHL00321313.But my brother failed to pay EMI to the company.So i was surrender my vehicle to bajaj representative Dilip kumar biswas on 12/11/2011.Dilip kumar biswas give me a written statement that all liability cleared by hirer because surrender the vehicle and give a surrender letter.But it is seen that my name is insert in civil.So please settle my loan and oblige.
