Bajaj Finance — Threatening over phone by the bajaj finance legal dept | |
Sir, i c. Sekar submit thatvi have taken consumer loan from m / s bajaj finance limited. I paid some emi and bounced some emi. I have not received any communnication or to attend their office or adalat or court. Suddenly on 20 / 04 / 2015 one person namely mr. Kannan mobile no [protected] stating himself as senior advocate in t. Nadu court telephoned me and threatened about the consequence of non bailable warrent and asked me to pay rs. 40000 / by 2 hrs, otherwise i will be arrested and i have to pay rs. 80000 / in chennai high court for my release. This is causihg much agony to me and to my family members. I am now jobless person and iam in very trouble situation. I amm ready to pay but i need three months time for settlement. I C.SEKAR, ALREADY GIVEN A COMPLAINT AGAINST A LEGAL OFFICER NAMELY MR.KANNAN MOBILE NO.[protected].TODAY ALSO (23/04/2015) HE THREATTENED ME OVERPHONE.THIS WILL GIVE ME MENTAL TENSION AND BLOOD PRESSURE.I ALREADY ASK FOR YOU THREE MONTHS TIME FOR SETTLEMENT OF MY DUES FULLY.FOR MY REQUERT YOUR REPLY IS AWAITED.MEANWHILE THE ADVOCATESTHREATENING CAUSING MUCH AGONY TO ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS.I AM READY TO PAY, BUT I NEED THE TIME MENTIONED IN MY EARLIER REQUEST.NEEDED TIME FOR SETTLEMENT IS 20TH APRIL TO 20TH JULY 2015.KINDLY CONSIDER MY REQUEST AND ALSO INSTRUCT THE LEGAL TEAMS NOT TO HARASS ME.
