Bajaj Finance — Undue harassment from bajaj team

I would like to bring to your knowledge that BAJAJ FINANCE collection team has been duly informed about my financial situation, the reasons as to why the loan emi payment are delayed at my end. However, your agents are not amenable to my submissions and are persistently calling me at odd hours and are being abusive on such calls. They are paying visits to my house without any prior information and harassing me and my family with such actions. It is pertinent to note here that none of your agents arrive with any kind of identification cards or a proper authorization letter from you.

Mr. Sohan Negi of your bank who called me from [protected] number and was continuously shouting and abusing me all through the call. This is a pure case of creditor harassment and it causes immense inconvenience to me and my family.

Please note that such activities are totally in violation of the RBI guidelines and such actions of your agents will tantamount to taking strict actions against them. I request you should look into the matter and take immediate steps to stop this creditor harassment activity, otherwise I will be forced to take some legal actions against your bank.

I've filed an FIR, made a complaint to RBI as well.

My parents, family relatives and friends are receiving such harrasing calls where they are being abused. The numbers are following :

I've lost my job and been without it for 9 months. I have paid all the emis till now, delayed it by a week but paid all. I'm left with no funds at the moment. It's a difficult situation for me but I have never said I won't be paying, I need time to figure and arrange funds.

Police complaint and RBI complaint has been registered. Investigation needs to be done and my harrasment needs to stop immediately.

A woman doesn't deserve to go through such a trauma from recovery agents everyday, every hour.

I demand 10 lakh compensation for the mental harassment and trauma caused to my family and me because of the recovery agents.
