Bajaj Finance — Unnecessarily charging Penalty and Bounce charges

Hi,
This is Saleem i am having two loan in Bajaj Finance one Loan(Loan Account No. :- T84ERFKA076467) EMI is started from 12th Aug, 2023 with the amount of 1388/- for 9 months without any due i am maintaining the EMI amount in my linked Bank account as per Bajaj executive words (Executive told that you have to maintain money in your bank account from Every month of 1st the amount will be deducted on the 2nd of Every month) and they also deducting EMI amount from my bank account on 2nd date of every month since August month. Now Recently i had taken another Loan (Loan account No:- T84RDPKO826909 with the amount of 2700/-) in December month and thier also Bajaj Executive told the same word which i had already described before in first loan So On Jan 1st i had deposited 4300/- in Bajaj linked Bank account after On 2nd Jan 2023 for one EMI which is the latest it means for the Loan account No:- T84RDPKO826909 the amount of 2863/-(including there processing charges) then after they didn't deduct the old EMI which is the amount of 1388/- on the 2nd Jan 2023 i had maintained the same amount for the next day they didn't deduct but yesterday it means(04 Jan 2023) my bank had deducted 295/- by saying bouncing charges and also bajaj also charged check bounce charge of 503/- i am not understanding why should i have to pay those charges after maintaining two EMI deduction amount account I want my deduction charges back
From August they are deducting exactly on 2nd date of Every month but in these month why they had done like this if is thier any issue from my side means i will ready to pay penalty charges but they had dedcuted one EMI amount and why they hadn't deducted another one it means this is all the mistake done from thier side only i also tried to pay through thier app but the option is not working so today i had paid through other party this is very disgusting so please help me in this to sort out
