Bajaj Finance — Very Bad Back office Work and no proper Customer care . the worst customer care i have faced

My Lan no. is 403SAL09413606 Am trying foreclose this loan . but system is not updated with any of the details. I wanted to avoid interest on my personal loan but you don't update your system with EMI details so its not allowing me to foreclose or do part payment and the worst is your Customer care . busy busy busy busy busy busy is there really a customer care . i have even mailed complaint but no reply SN03180339
