Bajaj Finance — very bad service from bajaj finance

hi my number is [protected]loan number. 4030PL0022076AMOUNT 4812for the past 2 weeks i been trying to contact bajaj finance but could not reach since there is option for the same. Every month the amount will be debited through ECS from my bank account but for this month its not been done even after the amount was sufficient in my account, and also i been getting intimation through mail and sms and the bajaj finance kept calling my parents and started torturing them AND ALSO MY EMI CARD GOT BLOCKED. I TRIED CONTACTING BAJAJ FINANCE THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER BUT ALL IT HAS IS AUTOMATED VOICE .finally i made payment through net banking . pfa the bank statement . And today they tried to take the amount through ecs you can see from statement (that the amount was paid on 8th august) .very bad service

With reference to your post and our discussion, we would like o inform you that your August month EMI for your Loan Account Number 4030PL00220746 has been returned by your Bank with a reason of ""MANDATE REJECTD-ALTERATION REQUIRED"". We would hereby like to confirm that we have received the amount for your August EMI.
To further regularise and ensure smooth processing of your future ECS, we request you to submit 2 printouts of the ECS mandate forms duly signed by you and also signed and stamped of your bank (we have sent the blank ECS mandate forms to your registered email address) to the nearest Bajaj Finserv Branch.
Also as discussed, we understand that you have received an SMS mentioning that your EMI card has been suspended. We would like to inform you that your EMI has been temporarily blocked only for 45 days in line with our credit policy and the same will be reinstated post 45 days considering smooth clearance of future ECS.
