Bajaj Finance — Very poor customer service and dignity issue of advisors

This complaint is in response to the service i have received from the advisor on call of [protected], advisor mr jignesh patel who gave me the 99000 pre approved loan and his manager mr jitendra mayavanshu. i needed loan for some issue in my native place, however after completing all the formalities and the approval i did not received the money till friday so i called jignesh on friday and he informed me that the money is coming through dd. the money can come thrrough dd was not informed to me in first place so i did not informed my family to stay at home for this. when i asked him to complaint as he was un helpful, he gave me his managers number jitendra mayavanshi, the manager was also unhelpful, and when i asked for escalating this issue, then he told me that he is the chairman of the company and there is no one above him. and he did not let me escalate the issue. i need help with the delivery number of blue dart so someone can pick it up from the blue dart depot but now no one is picking up the call and when i call the customer care number, then as soon as i give my number they end the call. i dont know what they would have written on my accout notes. being from the custkmer service background this is the most pathetic service i have got in my life.

Please help me with this as i need the money on urgent basis.
