Bajaj Finance — Violation of Fair Practices Code

On several occasions, the recovery agent of Bajaj Finance came to our residence and have harassed and intimidated my mother-in law and grandmother- in law, who were the only people at home. The loan has been taken by my father- in law and he has made timely payment of loan till June, however, due to business losses, he could not make payment for one month. He is currently also undergoing psychiatric treatment as he is suffering from depression, however, the recovery agent has been continuously calling him up and forcing him to make payment. He has already mentioned that he needs some time to make payment. He has also provided a request letter in this regard, however, no action has been taken by Bajaj Finance, and they continue to violate RBI's Fair Practice Code by sending musclemen for recovery of the money.
