[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance — what if borrower dies

hello sir / madam well my friend has taken a personal loan from bajaj finance service unfortunately he is dead in 2 months after he borrowed money from bajaj finance service, now its 7th month going his family is paying monthly installments and not getting receipt the borrower younger brother spoke to the manager he keep saying you keep paying monthly installment and in month end i will get you the insurance money, but from 5 months we are not getting payment receipt nor a insurance money, and the borrower family is not in good position to keep paying installments because they lost they son who knows how to run there business, please can you suggest me how to sort out this issue ?
