Bajaj Finance — wrong loan issued

Hi team,

I spoke to ashish pal (Sales personal) on 27th & 28th of april. I also spoke to his advisor mr rahul. I have all recorded conversations which i have already forwarded to bajaj customer care email address.

I have requested for flexi loan, however they have issued me personal loan. It has already been informed by ashish pal that it is the mistake by there operation team. He also mentioned that he would close that account with no charges to be paid by me and reissue the flexi loan.

I also received call from mr. Harshad who said that we would convert your loan to flexi loan. I have been waiting from last 4 days but no proper response. I haven't used the amount as well.

Please can someone look into the case and help me out.
