Hi i had avail durable loan and paid all the emi however theer was some issue on my bank account and the account was closed and same was updated to bajaj customer care team miss priyanka she said sir you give the emi amount to collection executive every month i made the request to collect the cancelled cheque and request put the new ecs system she informed that if executive will collect the amount from me there will be no any issue after completing all remaing three emi i willing to purchase a new handet with my bajaj emi card and went to show room at show room they informed that emi card has been already blocked after completing emi amount later i contacted bajaj customer care team those people are not aware about customer care how to respond to customer and not ready to listen any thing later again i made the complaint through email and simply they call and said we have not informed you any thing that executive will collect the amount and simply call was disconnected latter i got the email stating that as per telephonic conversation your case has been closed and cant be re activate your emi card once again. So i want to know that 1. First why agent of customer care team priyanka assure me that if collection executive will collect the payment from me then there will be no any issue. 2. Second when i made the request to collect the cancelled cheque for new ecs sytem she symply denied. 3. there was no comunication from baja customer acare then how they can closed my complaint . 4.
