The issue has been reported 3 weeks ago, no resolution yet. installment date was not confirmed to me, finance date was Feb 18 and 1st installment debited without confirming the installment date with me was[protected]. I received a text 3 days prior to the auto debit that my instalment date was[protected] which was not confirmed to me after which i raised a complaint. Complaint was raised before the auto debit was done, Bajaj finance failed to resolve the issue and the amount was debited. I requested for a reversal of installment back to my account. The respresentative who called mentioned the installment will not be debited on the 2nd of march as the loan was transferred after rhe 15th of feb, he informed after talking to his superiors. I have been adviced to wait in every email that was replied back to me mentioning the concern team has not reverted.
