Bajaj Finserv — About emi card unblocking

My bajaj finserv emi card number is [protected]. This is blocked on 21 june and further i requested to unblock it then bajaj send me a mail in which wrote that they will unblock my card in 45 days from the suspension date of 21 june but after completing 45 days card should unblock on 6 august but it is 8 august now and they did not unblock my card, this is not a good service of bajaj finserv. I need to purchase another product immediately but my card is not unblocked, kindly humble requesting to unblock my card immediately
