I have taken the loan from bajaj finserv. But from 2 months my account is blocked. I have been repeatedly contacting them through mail, but 1st they told it will get automatically unblocked by 48 hours which got extended for 15 days. They everytime they told me to follow new procedure which is not working, then they asked me to pay the principal amount offline but in the bajaj finserv office they are not excepting because it's online loan and from 2 weeks they have stopped replying to my email also. I had started to pay the principal of my loan so on purpose they are not unblocking my account.
I have attached the screenshot of the email sent by bajaj finserv team. They have asked me follow the steps as mentioned to unblock my account. There are totally 7 steps. I have tried that, but after the 4 th step, i am getting my account id and password (Old) sent to my registered mobile number and email. So i am not able to change the password and unblock my account. I have sent them 4 emails telling about this problem, but again and again they send back the same email. This shows that they are not even reading my email completely. They are running a big scam to cheat the customers. First they told it will get automatically unblocked after 48 hours and now they tell me to follow some procedures which is not working. Neither they are allowing me clear the loan offline telling that the loan is online. This shows that they are just stopping me from clearing the loan because they want me to keep paying the interest. My loan account is registered to my mobile number [protected]. This is the second time i am complaining on consumer complaints. First time they never even contacted me
