Dear sir/ madam,
With reference to my personal loan account no. 5770PL00252062 which was given on[protected]. I have 22 emi's outstanding for which I had not paid for last 6 months. There was settlement offered to me of Rs.130000/- for which I am unable to make payment at this movement I need at least one months time. Inspite of informing the same to your collection team they are harassing me a lot using abusive language at night also.
Another thing I want to add here that they are also calling any member of society where I am residing, my relatives and friends. These all members are neither my references and guarantor. With them also your team is not professional and use abusive language.
I am not able to make payment as I am Jobless at this moment. Still I am trying to close this, also I want to pay only the problem I need time as I don't have money. I clearly told to your team that take any action against me I am ready for that but do not call and harass others for that.
I have All persons name and numbers who called me and used abuse language.
As I understand this is a very big Finance company and the way everything is handled is very BAD.
