This is not response was what i supposed to get, even after sharing the bank statement and i am getting response “waived off 450/- cheque bouncing charges and overdue charges as goodwill gesture”, but on bank statement clearly states that on said bank account was having the sufficient balance. If customer service team don’t have the authority to share the information then share escalation matrix of bajaj finserv and if both the things can’t share let me know i will approach consumer court because of your system issue, why should i suffer.
Why the emi of dec 2017 and jan 2018 was not deducted from bank account even after manintaing the suffiecient for lan 405ecf54635228?
For above query i was following with customer service from last two months and still i am not happy with the response, for reference request numbers are: 15397735, 15734541, 16173446, 16699010. Was this information helpful? |
