My wife is having bajaj card. The detail is as under: Name : santosh kumari Customer id no. 11406667 Card no. [protected] This card is issued since 2013. But now she got message that as you have not used the card so annual fee of rs.117 will be levied. How you can impose the fee without the consent of the customer.
