Bajaj Finserv — annual inactive fees of rs. 117/- stolen from my account as fees without my acknowledgement

I saw a line item in my bank statement saying Bajaj EMI card "inactive" fees of 177 Rs. Money was directly debited from my account. How and What is this charge for? Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life? How can anyone charge for a card being inactive? I was not even asked for this payment .. so without me knowing, directly debiting the amount from account is theft
