I was applied for an emi card a week ago using online and it didn't received yet, how can i track the delivery? or when will it reach!

My transaction no : LSM[protected] on 09/12/2017

Please respond immediately and give a Phone number of a in charge person

I tried the customer care no but couldn't get a chance to speak till now
