Bajaj Finserv — Applying extra charges while closing my personal loan

Loan Amount 600, 000.00
Disbursal Date 27th June 2015

While taking loan in agreement they told me that nil charges for fore closure after 1st EMI but 2 days back ( 29th May) I went to bank to close my loan then he told me to come after 1st June then today I went to close my loan now they are saying that you need to pay 4.60% fore closure charges from today onwards whats hell it is., , everything should same as on agreement right, how they can change rules for existing loan, tomorrow they will change interest also

What they are doing came back, I didnt closed my loan, , I need justice as soon as possible
