My name is meena sunil kapoor i hold a bajaj emi card with your company, in the month of aug i unfortunately missed payment so bajaj blocked my card for 90 days stating that its company policy and whenever i call on ivr they say your card will be unblocked on 15 nov so as the card was not unblocked i called the contact center of bajaj to enquire, the customer center advisor told that as you have missed the payment is aug it will get unblocked only on 15 dec 2019 so as the card was not unblocked today i called the contact centre again, the lady on the card was so rude, she is telling me to wait for another 2 months so when i asked her the reason she started yelling on the call hence i told that i want to speak with her manager, she kept me on hold for 15 min and disconnected the call, please unblock my card and i want a call back from senior management asap

My card ending with 1545 is blocked. I blocked it through the app. But, cant unblock it now as its saying "We regret to inform you that your card cannot be unblock inline with our policy".

    But i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
    I try to contact customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you please able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. And what can i do for reactive my card again or can you please reactive my card.
    I want to apply for next loan.

      Hello sir, im syed kashifulla from bangalore, i was trying to purchase realme xt mobile phone from flipkart through emi card but my payment is showing as declined, even though i have enough limit in my bajaj finance emi card, and haven't missed any emi earlier, before this 3 months earlier i bought 9000 asus mobile it was successful through emi card, please help me to resolve this issue.         I tool a felix loan from bajaj finance. After providing all the documents the agent told me processing fee will be around rs 5000. But when i got the loan. I found the total processing fees is around rs 13000. When contacted to bajaj finance they told i enter the otp accepted this charges but in reality the sales executive never told me about this charges and they themselves entered this otp.

          મારી ગાડી બજાજ પ્લેટીના છે ૨૦૧૮ નું મોડલ છે મેં મારી ગાડીમાં ઓઈલ બદલવા અને ગાડી કિલોમીટર ના મીટર વાયર બદલવા નું કહેલ પરંતુ ગાડી ના વાયર બદલતી વખતે વાયર બદલાવ નાર વ્યક્તિ થી મીટર માં પ્રોબ્લેમ આવી ગયેલ પછી મને ગાડી માં મીટર ખરાબ છે એવું કીધું અને મેં કીધું તો સરખું કરીને જ આપો મેં આપેલ તેવી ગાડી મને મડવી જોયેને ગાડી માં પ્રોબ્લેમ તેના થી આવેલો તો મને સરખું કરીને દેવું તેની જવાબદારી છે.

              I will file a police complaint against your employee name rupal singh she don't have manner how to talk with customer i have recorded her conversation... I already settled my loan and many times i have mailed a settlement paper after making the payment why this employee calling me and using bad words. Which is not correct. This kind of people letting down the company name. Please make a note of it

                One of my friend took a loan from Bajaj Finserv RBL Card and paid all her dues and closed that credit card last year and now all her contact details are getting a call from Bajaj to pay more 15000 to close, she went to bank and bajaj finance and they told everything is clear but then why Bajaj people are harassing and who has given them authority to call everyone on the contact details of the customers.

                    Finserv and without my knowledge bajaj
                    Executive has provided me life insurance and cpp liv assist in personal ioan which cost around rs.8045/-, kindly help me to get cancel this 2 insurance proposals as i dont have any need on it as i already have insurance in my company group itself.

                      I have recently purchased a laptop
                      Of lenovo legion series
                      Loan amount of laptop was 62000
                      Emi amount was 6200 for ten months

                      But now i have recieved another message from bajaj finance that they have activate digital cpp binding without my will.

                      Now my emi amount has been raised by 600 rs for 9 months

                      The loan no /id for digital cpp binding is 456dtbfl596920

                      Its totally fraud and i m incapable of paying these extra emi
                      I have already two loans to pay.
                      Please solve my issue

                          I have taken a personal loan from bajaj finserv and without my knowledge bajaj executive has provided me life insurance in personal loan which i am paying extra money for life insurance, now i am making a follow up with bajaj finserv to cancel my life insurance because i dont want it, they have a tie up with "future general" i called them they said that they have cancelled the policy and refunded the policy amount to bajaj finserv of rs 3, 102.75, now i called bajaj finserv to get my money and now they are denying to give me stating that your free look cancellation period is over. What non sense is this when future general has already refund the amount to them, so why they are not giving to me, where is my refund amount, i want it asap, would request you to please look into it.

                                Loan account number 404cdddz961898, this is the last emi that's pending since yesterday i am getting calls from recovery agent and he is abusing very badly, he is using very vulger language and harrassing me i have been getting calls from these number [protected] and [protected]. He calls me at 10 pm in the night and abuse me, i dont understand what the womens at my house did to him to abuse them, this is disgusting that they use such low level language

                                  It is very experience to me about bajaj finserv flexi loan.in this year one of company representative called me several times to take his company flexi loan. He said me, he said me "if you used loan that time you have to pay charges. Till no charges are applicable. This is preapproved loan."no any hidden charges. But after year completion company charge 4991 rs maintenance charges. I called them and ask about this they said "you are not using the money so we have to charge you". And also said if you failed to pay a charge, you face to problem in cibil score. So this is my humble request to all you commen people don't take this bajaj finserv loan, this is fraud company and they looted to people. If anybody have same proble in past pls post their review. And also beware to all people from this ponjy loan offers.

                                    I am really regretting about the loan i have taken from bajaj. After closing my loan they are started to iritate me with their foolish promotional calls. Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end comes regarding their credit card. I have already informed that i am not interested to take it. But still they are calling me like devils. So please stop the same if not then i shall move to consumer court.

                                      Had sent a demand draft for 5.26 lakh to bajaj finserv, residency road branch about 15 days back. Upon receiving the courier the branch people did call me to find out the specifics about my loan account.
                                      However they had not provided any transaction number or some sort of reference.

                                      The amount is still not credited to my loan account and i am continuing to be charged interest / emi for this month as well.

                                      There is no contact number provided and neither there is a way of reaching out to any humans.
                                      Their support email is useless as they keep asking for reference / transaction number to track. Neither they are willing to share any contact phone numbers of the branch.

                                      This clearly amounts to default in service and indirectly cheating the customers.

                                        Sub : harassment of loan collection with abusive words with me and my family member by recovery agents/tells caller of bajaj finserv ltd.
                                        Ref : loan account no : 410pst34902628.
                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        With reference to above mentioned amount. Which i have taken from bajaj i paid 32 emi's out of 36 in total. Till due to my salary date changed and othe liabilities i haven't been able to keep up my emi date but i clear before the running month i have promise to pay by 27th nov. A guy come from bajaj to my home 26th nov 3 pm in my absence and threatened my mom, he was not leaving my home and arguing that he will stay at my home till the time he doesn't get the entire amount. Actually i was busy in hospital that day. I said that you will get the emi today by online transfer, but he didn't stop there. [protected], [protected]
                                        Abusing me and my mom with vulgar words. They call can till 11pm. On my mobile phone.. I didn't pay any emi if your behavior like this. I am writing this email in detail with a hope that it will reach the
                                        Right entity who will certainly take immediate action to resolve this
                                        Issue.
                                        . If this harassment and unnecessary call issue is not resolved the
                                        Only option i will be left with is to proceed for the legal action.

                                        I am hopeful that my issue will be dealt with
                                        Fairness and on urgent basis.
