I wanted to cancel cpp binding and i got call and i rejected it and they said tht its canceled. I just got message from bajaj finserv that money be deducted on 2 december2019 that is tomorrow.
CPP Membership applied with loan application no. 430CTBFM487119. Membership name: CPP ASSET CARE, Membership owner name: GEETA JATAV.
Please help me out .

    Loan account number 404cdddz961898, this is the last emi that's pending since yesterday i am getting calls from recovery agent and he is abusing very badly, he is using very vulger language and harrassing me i have been getting calls from these number [protected] and [protected]. He calls me at 10 pm in the night and abuse me, i dont understand what the womens at my house did to him to abuse them, this is disgusting that they use such low level language

      It is very experience to me about bajaj finserv flexi loan.in this year one of company representative called me several times to take his company flexi loan. He said me, he said me "if you used loan that time you have to pay charges. Till no charges are applicable. This is preapproved loan."no any hidden charges. But after year completion company charge 4991 rs maintenance charges. I called them and ask about this they said "you are not using the money so we have to charge you". And also said if you failed to pay a charge, you face to problem in cibil score. So this is my humble request to all you commen people don't take this bajaj finserv loan, this is fraud company and they looted to people. If anybody have same proble in past pls post their review. And also beware to all people from this ponjy loan offers.

        Hello,
        I am really regretting about the loan i have taken from bajaj. After closing my loan they are started to iritate me with their foolish promotional calls. Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end comes regarding their credit card. I have already informed that i am not interested to take it. But still they are calling me like devils. So please stop the same if not then i shall move to consumer court.

          Had sent a demand draft for 5.26 lakh to bajaj finserv, residency road branch about 15 days back. Upon receiving the courier the branch people did call me to find out the specifics about my loan account.
          However they had not provided any transaction number or some sort of reference.

          The amount is still not credited to my loan account and i am continuing to be charged interest / emi for this month as well.

          There is no contact number provided and neither there is a way of reaching out to any humans.
          Their support email is useless as they keep asking for reference / transaction number to track. Neither they are willing to share any contact phone numbers of the branch.

          This clearly amounts to default in service and indirectly cheating the customers.

            Sub : harassment of loan collection with abusive words with me and my family member by recovery agents/tells caller of bajaj finserv ltd.
            Ref : loan account no : 410pst34902628.
            Dear sir/madam,
            With reference to above mentioned amount. Which i have taken from bajaj i paid 32 emi's out of 36 in total. Till due to my salary date changed and othe liabilities i haven't been able to keep up my emi date but i clear before the running month i have promise to pay by 27th nov. A guy come from bajaj to my home 26th nov 3 pm in my absence and threatened my mom, he was not leaving my home and arguing that he will stay at my home till the time he doesn't get the entire amount. Actually i was busy in hospital that day. I said that you will get the emi today by online transfer, but he didn't stop there. [protected], [protected]
            Abusing me and my mom with vulgar words. They call can till 11pm. On my mobile phone.. I didn't pay any emi if your behavior like this. I am writing this email in detail with a hope that it will reach the
            Right entity who will certainly take immediate action to resolve this
            Issue.
            . If this harassment and unnecessary call issue is not resolved the
            Only option i will be left with is to proceed for the legal action.

            I am hopeful that my issue will be dealt with

              I have purchased a mobile from vijay sales on loan.
              A few days before a person called on behalf of aditya birla insurance company and asked for insurance. I was not interested in insurance. But they provided me the insurance by making loan through bajaj finserv which i never asked for.
              They have not done any documentation with me. Now they are messaging me for the insurance amount. When i went to bajaj finserv, wakdewadi, pune office, they are not supporting me.
              Please help me to get out from this hectic problem as early as possible.

                We are getting company calls daily more than 7 calls and it is very incomfortable for business workers so please don't call us. And it is very irritating to hear calls from you so please don't call us and when we block any number we are getting calls from other numbers its like you are forcing us to off our mobiles so please take corrective action on this issue

                  I have enroll into the salaried personal flexi loan by false promise by bajaj finserv. My account loan number is 402spffm446176. At the time discussion with bjaja finserv agent, he promise he will give me amazon or flipkart voucher and that will work in one go. On this promise i enroll into this fraud activity and also he force me take the insurance rs2000. Now he offered me some fraud coupon that leads me to buy or force me to buy from cheap site and that not make sense. The issue is whatever he promised that he failed to give me. I want my 15000 coupon which will work on amezon or flipkart or withdraw the account and refund me the money. This is the new generation scam

                    Respected sir, recently i purchased refrigerator from bajaj finserv loan in electronic city location. The loan number is 404ctbff189521. They activated cpp tele binding policy. So please deactivate that cpp tele binding policy. Already they debited ₹470 from my account without any information. They didn't tell anything about this policy at the time of purchase. So please deactivate that cpp tele binding policy.

                      I have paid whole amount for this loan account on november 1, 2019 through online payment of rs, 4562. But still the emi amount of 2, 282 has been deducted against this closed loan and the statement is not disclosed with above said amount. The statement (Bajaj) still shows that need to pay for another month. Kindly please check and resolve this issue and let me know how the excess amount gonna be transferred to my account.

                          Bajaj finserv has deducted charges from my account over an emi card, which was not activated.
                          Inr 118 were deducted on 26 nov 2019, without any authorization or mandate. (In addition to inr 500 they deducted before.

                          Please note that earlier bajaj finserv also deducted a charge of inr 500, for issuing the card, stating that this card can be used to purchase goods online, however after that it was stated that i need to purchase consumer durable from a physical shop to activate the card.

                          Also when i emailed them, they denied the complaint initially stating that my email id is not registered, although all official communication from bajaj finserv was done on the same email id.

                          I would like bajaj finserv to deactivate my card and return my money inr 618 (Inr 500 + inr 118)

                            I am mahesh kumar das writing this letter to make you inform about the uncanny situation i am carrying with. I bought a samsung mobile (Mod-sm-a307fzlvins violet) emi num-[protected] on 13th oct2019 from hersons electronics police line dhanbad through bajaj finserv. My mobile got insurance also from the same company bajaj finserv for 12th months. Unfortunately on 19/11/2019 i left my mobile at home and went to office and my son who is only 4 years old took my mobile and somehow it got slipped and the display got damaged. As it is in insurance period so i thought it would be repaired by the insurance company but when i launched a complaint, they assumed that i must have been talking while driving and accordingly they made a report and told me that i need to pay 5000/- rs then only it would be rectified otherwise not. Does this the insurance mean?? Please clarify how a customer would analyse, where to get harmed?? Why should go with these insurance?? If this can happen with a simple mobile, what will be with the human life then?? Bike insurance, health insurance, life insurance these are made to suck our blood only?? If we would be harmed some how, somewhere then we have to analyse first that what to say and what to not to take the benefit of insurance?? I would like to request you to do the need full as soon as possible

                              I have started using bajaj rbl card which has a limit of 40000.

                              As soon as purchases gone more than 35 k on same card, it stopped showing me the current balance on same and in applied unwanted charges on same.

                              By the time i m trying to do any transaction its showing me technical error but not the balance issue.

                              Charges were applied are more than 2400 even though i had already paid 25000 against the statement.

                              Can you please help me with above issue?

                                  Hi, my name is shan basha i dont have bajaj loan but an emi of 3000/- debited monthly. While i went to office they are asking come today come tomorrow.. Like this. And also while i'm gng nearly they waiting me 1 hour. I even went to sbi bank also but they are also not responding. I didn't even signed on ecs mandate also. But sbi officials said don't know. I don't know how to mandate without my sign. I try to lodge this against sbi also. Please guide me any one.

But today 24th nov 2019 i randomly received a msg from my sbi account mentioning that rs.295 has been deducted due to mandate fail charges. I dont get it why???
