Hi, my name is shan basha i dont have bajaj loan but an emi of 3000/- debited monthly. While i went to office they are asking come today come tomorrow.. Like this. And also while i'm gng nearly they waiting me 1 hour. I even went to sbi bank also but they are also not responding. I didn't even signed on ecs mandate also. But sbi officials said don't know. I don't know how to mandate without my sign. I try to lodge this against sbi also. Please...

My loan is running with them for which emi is deducted every month on 2nd and not once also my emi has been bounced or felt short... But today 24th nov 2019 i randomly received a msg from my sbi account mentioning that rs.295 has been deducted due to mandate fail charges. I dont get it why???

I have buyed phone from flipkart it was provided by e com in emi using bajaj emi card there has been 1 more emi automatically started without my information that is ecom cpp telebinding.
That is not activated by me i want to cancel it before emi cuts from by bank account

Took a tv loan in 2014 and it got completed 8 months, until this is fine.in 2019, october, 2019 they deducted rs. 117 without my authorization for the emi card which i never asked to create or neither opted.

Other biggest torture and harassment is getting 10 calls and messages from the company even though explained i do not need any services from this company, this is becoming like a big issue on daily basis when you are in...

I had approached bajaj finserv for a bajaj flexi term loan, and i was briefed regarding the process of loan sanction and related processing fee 1% while being briefed from paisabazar executive as well as bajaj sales person. I agreed and started providing all required documents.
However after loan sanction and disbursement, from the many emails received from bajaj yesterday i found surprisingly that there is a credit vidya report fee...

Hi team, i don’t have any open loans or emi with bajaj. If i remember correctly i had a loan 5 years before. But an ecs debit suddenly started recently ie nov 19, 2019 for rs.117 from my citibank account and the reference number i got from the bank is [protected]. Please revert the money back.
This appears to be a fraud to me as i don’t authorize for any ecs debit from my bank account to bajaj consumer service.

Hi,
The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.
Note: i am currently living in Australia and no loans or any service i am using from any indian finance organisations.

I have foreclosed my loan in bajaj finserv on 30th october and still they deduced money from account.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of icici bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i don't taken any loan from bajaj finance. I don't know the reason for the deduction, i totally don't understand why they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

I saw that the below transaction happened on 19-nov-2019 from bajaj finserv. All my ecs related transfers was already closed in the past. After 2-3 years the below transaction has happened for rs 117. I will be asking the citi bank to immediately stop the ecs debit payment.

I am getting company calls more than 7 in a day and it is very uncomfortable and annoying it is very irritating to hear calls from you in our business working times so please don't call us.

A month ago, i saw a post on facebook which promised zero extra cost atm withdrawals on the bajaj finserv rbl credit card. This got me interested as none of my credit offer zero extra cost atm withdrawals. So i went ahead and shared my details to record my interest.
A call followed in a day or 2 where i specifically asked the executive, if i withdraw a certain amount from an atm, will there be extra charges once the bill is generated....

I have taken personal loan from bajaj. Out of 36emi's i have paid 30... This month i cant paid my emi on time because of some medical issue... I said i pay after two weeks eventhough i have to pay 500 late payment charge they are continuously harrasing just for 4367rupees that is one month emi... So please please anyone help me to file a complaint against them...

I have applied for a personal loan with bajaj finserve and they asked to tansfer rs 10.00 to verify the account, however the transaction got declined and my account has been debited twice.
1. Rs 25, 999.00
2. Rs 20, 000.00

As per my bank the amount has been credited to paytm mobile solutions pvt ltd
