Hi Team,

I would like to notify that have been paying EMI for GIC for more than 10+ years more than 120+ months and have always retained money on my ECS affiliate bank. Due to some miss at GIC and technical glitch they missed ECS for one on the months and since then they are in pursuit of collections to all means / extent. Ideal scenario or as a customer want to let GIC team correct there technical glitch and should debit by self and prevent any future mishaps. Not only they are un-professional nor do they understand the process of ECS or technical disturbance but just want to collect money.

This has been highlighted and still no action taken, meanwhile calling out as EMI pending impacting my CIBIL or pay plans. They have been less customer centric and only intent is to extract money through high un-reasonable interest rates.

Better to dislodge team and have better people working at Pune (Chinchwad) branch who can just not say EMI pending but get to the root of issue and resolve the technical glitch.

Hello sir I have taken the loan from gic and gor 6 years I am paying the loan on time I have almost paid near to 8 lakh now after lock down I have lost mu job and ask gic to help me to grant me timebut they did not help and also ask he u pay your emi from where u get we don't care u even die we don't care of we wil call your property is this the way gic should give solution kindly some one help also I am been given dhamki and aks money get it where ever u can we don't care so tomoorw I wil surly get job but after that should I refer any one to gic or keep my loan with hic

I give advice to those new loan commers please don't take any loan from GIC finance otherwise your life will spoil. Not care to Branch manager or owner. They are just grabbing money from customers, not inform interest rate to customer

Gichfl not having customer support. published customer care number ([protected]) not connecting or not picked up anytime as current time all world are moving in digitally but gichfl still running on papers. customer having trouble to fix their every single and small concerns to reach branch every times. i have sanctioned my home loan Jan2023 but still trouble to get my docs.

I have applied a home loan in January 2023 in GICHFL RDC Ghaziabad, branch committed they will sanctioned the loan within 10-12 working days, or on or before 16 Feb 2023, in this period i have submitted total Rs. 13150 to GICHFL Ghaziabad whatever they told charge (processing fee, legal fee map fee etc.). but after due date 16 feb they didn't gave positive response of call or message and mislead to me by false promises and time i.e aaj kal me ho jayega.. i need loan in feb 2023 month, but neither they sanctioned in feb 23 neither in march 23 and now April 23 is going on... so i request you to kindly return my paid amount with interest as well as with legal punishment... otherwise i will lodge a complaint in consumer forum, PMO grievance cell, RBI, IRDA and Court/ judiciary.

I am Suraj Singh here brother of Dhiraj Singh having home loan from Gic housing company with customer id :[protected], there was some due which is pending in this account due to account holder was medically ill from last 1 year still myself suraj singh his brother is clearing all the emi which is coming only last 2 emi along with charges is pending, i got a call from mobile no [protected] person Name nilesh gupta for collection have informed him that pending dues will be cleared by this monthend but he was very arrogant abhi karna padega nahi toh seal kar denge ghar later he took some his senior on concall he was very abusive & litterally threatening me as i am some fraudster, paying this loan since more than 5 years & only 2 emi is left due to medical issue but who gave license to gic to giving threat calling 20 time constantly from different different no, i am going to take this matter in court & rbi as this type of gundagardi will not be tolerate i was not a defaulter & no one can behave me like this . Have also attached no of calles made to me they did 7 calls in 5 mins & calling from other other no to Harras, kindly let me know who have given then authority to abuse & harrass customer brother like this .

I amSubhas Majumdar and I had alraedy paid the Loan foreclosure amount of RS. 970506 by neft on 27/02/2023. But still I donot receive any documents of my property with Noc.

Without any construction bank given 90% amount without any concern to customers

Now the flat is canceled long back and also submitted the cancelation deed to bank, but bank has been shown the loan amount to customer and they are not taken any action against builders

My father Mr. Santosh Kumar Sharma has already paid the closing loan amount on 29/12/2022 by cheque and still on 2/2/2023 we have neither received the Noc nor our property documents.

Kindly look into this matter and help us by providing our required papers with Noc....

I initiated a request on Oct 7th, But i am not hearing any response. Can you please help with this?

We went brnach many times, no response, customre servcie is very arrongant in Alkapuri and Basherbagh branch .

Last we involved cutomer servcies as well but no response

Last in one and half year before I di reduce our rate of interest 8.6. But last few months before rate increases 9.35 % increase again interest increased 10.25% WHY.
I am very surprised who decide that things ROI. Never ever my loan transaction fails since last 4.5 years.
So Kindle I request you please take serious action.

Hi, Please note that their is a huge change in the interest rate on out loan without any intimation. From past 1 month (Coimbatore branch) we have been following up with the issue and also visited the Branch. Still no one is responding to our query. As a customer, i am very disappointed with the service and the response from you company.

If you are not able to give proper guidance or response, we need to look out for other options.

Asked the to provide the loan closure related documents weeks ago but haven't been provided, None of the customer support is replying to the requests on LOD and Foreclosure details of the loan

Currently charged 11% interst rate I requested many times in hyderabad branch but they are not responded kindly raise my issue and solve my problem

I am facing a lot of issues related to high interest rates. EMIs presented only once, whereas all banks at least request request EMI twice before charging you. GIC Finance in Panvel Branch, New Mumbai. All the staff are pathetic., Not helpful. Also they provide you with a number to call but never pick up the call. This bank should go down and people should be provided with compensation for this behaviour from banks. We put our hard earned money. The manager Swapnil More had provided his number regarding any issues but has not picked up the call even once.

GIC has not presented the EMI request to the bank and now it has been rejected.

Pl do the needful..last time also they haven't advice to remove mortgage loan removal at register office..
