Staff not responding

The staff sitting at Vashi office are not responding to any of the mails, They do not send any statements for customer remaining amount of frequent reminder don't know where to complaint, we are just asking for statements of home loan whose principal amounts we deposited. we are just trapped in this finance to take loan, lots of agents are there, useless staff are there. i am the person who are more irritated while taking loan from GIC. Yet not received the Noc and property paper after loan closer

My father Mr. Santosh Kumar Sharma has already paid the closing loan amount on 29/12/2022 by cheque and still on 2/2/2023 we have neither received the Noc nor our property documents.

Kindly look into this matter and help us by providing our required papers with Noc....

delay in repayment of excess payment

I have been took home loan on Nov 2013 of 12% interest on amount 1042281 rs
until now I paid 1020000rs through EmI but as per calculation my branch telling I need to pay 2800000rs for 1000000 . I asked calculation then they stared taking very rudly one lady from recovery team of vashi branch she was talking we took 20 yrs interest first then principle amount instead of explaining calculation she was forcing me to change my account...

Interest rate does not got reduced for housing loan - flex interest account

For flexible loan account (Home loan), interest rate supposed to be reduced as rate of interest gets reduced by reserve bank of india. Repo rate.

They do not provide information that interest will get reduced if we pay switch fees. Also no information on reduced interest plan.

Gic still charged me with highest rate of interest
Ince last 2 years. They do not offered complaint register to do complaint....
