I have already made payment of loan account number 425ECF90254043 emi of rs 2500 receipt of which is enclosed below
And u have double deducted the emi on 05 april 2019..
Sir this is so unfair and unjust..
Please refund the amount of rs 2500 as soon as possible..

    I have not applied for any loan and i was made to opt only for hdfc insurance plan. Whereas i got a sms stating insurance with loan application and the emi for insurance will start from may.
    I was made a call from you company itself and they had all my data.
    Kindly help if this a spam or some hidden offer that come along with some loan application
    And deactivate any such loan which is activated without my consent. I once again mention, i have not taken any loan

      I got a call from a person name rahul from bajaj finserve regards to disbursement of personal loan against policy mortgage of bharti axa and also stated at the time of loan disbursement you would be refunded with the amount paid for policy,
      I took the policy and got the verification call and also i received a proper policy documents from bharti axa, however till now not received any loan in my account.
      My phones/mails and messages are not getting attended.
      I was given a time line of 15 days later it was communicated after holi, later it was told on march month end, later april 19 first week but no loan amount till now

        Hi,

        I bought a sony led panel rs 49300/- from great eastern (Tonk road, near gopalpura bypass, jaipur, rajasthan) on october 2018. At that time the executive of bajaj finance sitting there told me that if i finance my tv through bajaj finserve i will get some amount approx[protected] cashback after successful repayment of 3rd instalment. But when i checked my account statement i have not received any cashback yet in my linked account. I literally felt cheated.

        I have done already -
        1) visit 2 times at local office which is located at ahinsa circle, jaipur.
        2) i also raised the complaint on bajaj portal request number - sr12621530.
        3) email on following mails - [protected]@bajajfinserv.in & [protected]@bajafinserv.in, nobody is not responding.
        4) at last i went on same great eastern store from where i purchased the led, the executive of bajaj finserv gave me the number of manager of jaipur branch manager number is - [protected] (Ravi). As per our telephonic conversation he told me that i have done all the cashback in march, send your linked account statement on whatsapp. I did same as he said. I have called two times to know about the status but he is not picking the call. I am very tired to follow up nobody is not responding. I am very disappointed with your services. I will never suggest any one to go with bajaj finserv.

        Please share your views on the same and advise me what should i do next.

          I paid for bajaj emi card but till date i have not received it. When enquired last time i was informed it returned from my house but after that it never redespatched. I was told now no physical card is required i can use the digital card. But i don't know my card card no.
          Please help to get my bajaj emi card no.

            This is in reference to LOAN a/c 404SPF10245862. I availed this LOAN from Bajaj Finserv 3 years back and changed my job almost 18 months back. I travel a lot hence asked your customer service guys to give me an account number or any other option using which I could make advance payments and monthly ECS could be stopped. Noone could give me that option.

            I purposely stopped making payments then and have written on this FORUM couple of times previously as well. Last year, a legal manager named Rakesh called me and started abusing and then I told him I am not making payments as your collections agency keeps calling me to collect even cheque bounce charges wherein I am ready to make advance payments.

            Even your portal doesnt give me that option. Before Rakesh called me another manager Murali V called me and gave me a link (HTTPs://mysite.bajajfinservlending.in/pay-overdue.aspx) finally where I could deposit advance payments and he promised all cheque bounce charges will be waived off and in future I could use this to make advance payments.

            I waited for over 3-4 months and kept making payments every month but cheque bounce charges were not waived off and then I again intentionally stopped making payments after which Rakesh called me and gave me same link and promised me the same.

            Your collections agency keeps calling me, last week I received a call again from someone named Anil Tripathi and his junior that they have issued a notice on my name for cheque bounce charges.

            I called up Rakesh and he asked me to get in touch with gentleman named Bharat who I was informed is my account manager. I told him that I want to make advance payments every month, how can I do that, now he shares an account number and other options like PAYTM, above online link, etc. I made a payment on 29th of March, 2019 through PAYTM and told him the same day
            that I have done the same. He informs he will update it and ensures ECS is stopped. Come Monday April 1, 2019, he messages me to confirm if I made NEFT payment on Monday, I told him I made it through PAYTM on Mar 29 and even forwarded PAYTM message confirmation which he acknowledged as well. Now this bugger tells me the same think, cheque bounce charges will be levied but he will update the payment on my account for April 2019. Today, I received a message from you guys which says ecs will be presented again. So i called up BHarat and asked him why didnt he update the payment on my account, he tells me it was adjusted towards late payment charges.

            Issue 1: Your collections agency ( Balan collections) doesnot help customers. They are your trained robots who just want to take late payment charges from consumers without even knowing the whole issue. They can give me an account number just to deposit late payment charges but not to make advance payments. Ridiculous.

            Issue 2: All your so called managers there (god knows which college did you hire them for) are trained to tell lies to consumers. Can I BE ROUTED TO SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME A PERMANENT RESOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE?

            Issue 3: I have been a journalist, worked in government and corporate functions. Never in my life have I encountered such ###, such mother ### in my life. You guys are true Indian company who just want to ### consumers. But guess what, I am an educated consumer who knows his rights.

            Issue 4: I dont use my ecs account anymore so nopoint putting ecs request there every month. I am ready to make advance payments even upto 10 days so that ECS can be stopped. Please make it happen.

            Issue 5: Remove all late payment charges and adjust payment made on Mar 29, 2019 against april month.

            Issue 6: Hire competent people who can serve consumers rather than harassing them.

            Issue 7: I called up chairman's office no from your website[protected] which is invalid. Atleast update your website for god sake.

            Issue 8: I called up MD office no[protected]. A gentleman spoke to me twice and asked me to call up CUSTOMER CARE at[protected]. Noone picked up on these two numbers.

            Arrange a call back from someone senior who can help me out for once and for all.

                  I have purchased laptop of worth 41000rs they told me emi of 4295*7 and down payment is 13299rs with some charges so total cost of 43000rs after a week they called me and told me that the scheme of 7 emi is gone and you have to pay extra 1500rs and emi of 4888*6 so i have paid extra 1500rs after 6 instalments they called me and show me the loan statment in which shows i have to pay one more emi also they dont give me the reciepte of 1500 which i have paid

                    After the loan is cleared, i was not informed that the card needs to be manually deactivated.
                    So at the end of the year, i got a message saying that i have to pay them 117 rs for inactive fees.
                    Can you please deactivate it at the earliest?

                    Also, i tried to contact support, but all i received was an automated reply.
                    It was either "your date of birth does not exist in our records" or "your email id is not registered".
                    I couldn't register my email id, nor could i access my emi card, so i can know the emi card number.

                      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of sbi bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i have not taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction. I totally don't understand after 3 year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant and never even intimated before deducting this amount.

                        I had applied for a emi card online and already paid fees worth rs. 500/- approx.in sep/oct 2018. I received message about its acceptance and was congrats. My purchase limit was informed about rs. 75, 000/- but unfortunately, in fact my purpose was to buy an ac on emi for my home during this summer. But now when i visited to a bajajfinserv store for buying an ac, my status is shown as 'block'. Please inform me about its reason. I have not yet made any purchase on the said card.

                          Now when i am checking my bajaj finance statement, it is also collecting cpp telebinding of rs 958/- additionally every month for next 5 months.

                          I wasn't notified during the time of buying ac of cpp tele binding charges.

                          I have already informed close to 5 friends who were about to make a transaction from Bajaj Finance not to use it. And this number will only grow if not rectified. Stop cheating people!!!

                            I was approached by a bajaj finserv executive ms. Jyothika saha for shifting my home loan from DHFL to bajaj finserv. I was asked to deposit required documents for the same. I submitted my payslip, bank statement, NOC of bank with previous records. In fact i was also ask to submit the same docs of my parents too for been the co applicant in the home loan. All the docs were submitted, i was assured by ms jyothika saha that the loan will be approved. But today i received a mail that the loan is rejected and no reasons were mentioned for rejection. I called ms jyothika saha but she isn't answering. I called her multiple times but she disconnected. In return she blocked my no. I msged her that i want reasons for rejection as i have provided u with my confidential financial docs. But no reply. I dont understand why such criminal techniques are practiced in bajaj finserv. The jyothika saha used to call me multiple times a day while asking for docs and for applying for loan. But today she blocked my no for asking reasons for rejection of loan. Why not pick up the call and answer. They have my essential docs.

                                Bajaj finserv is selling fake products & offers online on www.bajajfinservmarkets.in.

                                I ordered 2 lg inverter acs on 23-march-2019 on www.bajajfinservmarkets.in. and to my surprise, i found after four days the orders were canceled automatically by the seller with my emi deducted.
                                When i contacted the customer care, i got a response that bajaj finserv is not responsible for online orders and thus customer has to bear the loss.

                                I request to other customers to stay away from bajaj finserv as this website is not authentic and your orders will never get delivered and in return, you will be charged automatic emis with lots of harassments.

                                  I had purchased a lg washing machine with credit sale of rs.15500.00 in 5/11/2015. The outstanding amount have been paid in 8 instalment. But there is a deduction of rs.117.00 each in 26.03.2018&27.03.2019
                                  I request you to stop further any deductions from my account. I am not able to share details as per your advise. I extend the invoice details of my purchase with invoice number 28/15/6399.

                                    I had recently purchased a house hold good from Bajaj Finance and despite me not wishing to open a Health Insurance, I found that a Health Insurance has been created against my Loan Account Number - 410LSMEA554086.
                                    I have received the loan document on 9\March 2019 . Request you to kindly cancel this insurance immediately and let me know the needful.

                                      In this month of march 2019 & april 2019 bajaj finanace debited 295 rupees Eight time its shocking. With out my permission every time in my account debited 295 rupees for the investiment remidi.
                                      So, please refund my money.
                                      As soon as solve my problem my acount in sbi
                                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi
                                      Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know.
