Help me through this as I want to purchase things via Bajaj EMI so I bought this card at 400 rs and stilll card is not activated and no such information is provided to me regarding NACH mandate unless and until i asked for OTP for purchase..

Hi, I had paid my missed EMI 2 times . I'm requesting them to refund the amount since 3 weeks they didn't even respond anything . Customer is wrost IVR doesn't take to executives . Please look into this issue normal people are suffering like anything these guys are very bad .

    I had applied for Bajaj Finance EMI Card . I had filed the online application form where it is said that i am eligible for the loan of Rs. 70, 000/-. In order to avail this pre approved loan i have to buy an EMI Card for which i had to Pay Rs. 399. I had made a payment of Rs.399 via SBI Credit Card on 11/10/2016 to purchase EMI Card from Bajaj Finance. But i have not received any reference No.(application No.) from Bajaj Finance side
    I want to know the status of my EMI Card and my Loan Number because i am unable to check the status.
    Looking forward to your affirmative response,

    Kindly do the needful.

      My name is jagdish Singh and I have applied for bajaj emi card and paid 399 on 8/10/16 but I didn't receive any msg or call from company .when they are coming to receive my documents.they tell me that they collect papers within 2 days but they are not come yet.their customer care also is not responding .I want my money back or they send emi card asap.

        Hello,

        I'm Sheikh from Bangalore, I need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my Bajaj EMI card with out any reason.? I have been using te card from quite sometime and I have availed 2-loans as well. One the loans is for consumer durables which will be closed in next 2-months and the other loan is for digital product, he EMI has just started. I have been paying my EMI regularly without a delay of even one single day. I wanted to check my card status to avail further loan after closing / completing the exisitng one, and I was shocked to hear when I get to know my EMI card was permanently suspended Bajajfinserv. When I tried to reach the Customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, I didn't get proper reply as it was IVR, neither did I get proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I wrote an email to the customer care asking the reason for such permamnent suspension but there reply was "With reference to your email, we regret to inform you that your EMI card is permanently suspended in line with our credit policy. Also we would like to inform you that, we are unable to disclose the reason of card blocking as per our policy"- This reply is not satisfactory and I feel this is just an standard template reply for name sake, I like to ask the below questions to Bajaj Finserv customer care..
        1) Like to know why is my EMI card is permanently suspended...???
        2) What was the reason for suspending my EMI CARD??
        3) Why this was not communicated to me earlier when the EMI card was blocked...?????
        4) AS CUSTOMER OF BAJAJ FINSERV IT IS MY RIGHT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION. When BAJAJ FINSERV IS NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION THEN PLEASE ADVICE WITH WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR THE REASON...???

        I hope the concern person will look in to this and reply back with sensible response at the earliest.

          Team,

          Please be informed that I have registered for Bajaj Finserv EMI card on 10th Oct 2016 and required amount paid Rs. 399/- from my Kotak Bank, Debot Card and payment got successful on payment gateway. As I have received one time password message from Bajaj Finserv also while doing regarding payment.

          Screen shot attached for the same for both cases.

          However didn't received any EMI card details from Bajaj Finserv after doing successful payment and not even a single message from your team of any welcome message after complete payment.

          Almost 12-15 hours passed, still no response from your team on same

          Also raised a complaint on same day and received Service Request no. is : SRN07105461 and tried your IVR as well but no response.

          Payment Details:-

          Kotak Bank, Debit Card

          Date & Time - 10th Oct 2016, 10-11 PM

          PCD/[protected]/Bajaj Auto Finance_BD/SBIPG

          Chq/Ref No.[protected]

          Now I don't want this EMI card any more because my first experience is worst with your services so I don't want to continue with your services.

          SO REFUND MY PAID Rs. 399/- AMOUNT ASAP

          So please look into this and do the needful at earliest.

                I had purchased HP Lapatop & taken loan for amount 18500/- Logically EMI has to be 3167/- But when i checked my BAnk account they have also deducting extra Rs- 384/- per month.on account of Digital fone safe Loan ID 402DFs2611477. What the hell is this. How such big company can do like this.
                Guys request you to dont take loan from this company. Customer care person are not willing cooperate for this issue.

                  ;Pradeep Mishra, that too I have availed so many loans from you since last 6 years. Since last 2&half years I have been issued an EMI card, through which I have availed different lifestyle product loans, where I have never submitted the local address proof, nor your employee have asked me for the same. Recently I have joined Yes Bank as state head in Ranchi, looking after Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, Chhatishgarh.I tried to purchase Samsung Galaxy A9pro mobile through the EMI card at Jamshedpur and Bhauneswar, wher my request have been declined due to not having the local address proof, though I ma having the same repayment account[protected] of ICICI Bank and the same is used for experia account .I was hurt, if you can not provide us any product through EMI card, then why the same has been issued to me.Atleast you should check my previous relationships and track records. Very Embarrssing for me...

                      I have taken personal loan of 300000 from Bajaj Finserv ltd. in March. At the time taking loan they said there will be no part payment and forecloser charges..But now I m trying close my loan and they refused and said there will be a forecloser charge applicable ... I have written confirmation from Bajaj Finserv for the same that there will no charge for part payment or forelcloser of the loan ... When I contact them for the forecloser letter, they said we have changed our policy so cannot close the without the charges... which is totally unacceptable ... they are fraud, they deny after written email confirmation regarding the same ...

                        My name is Amit Mahadev Tarate My Loan ID is 405CDD18990497. My EMI Card No. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service.
                        One of my EMI on 2nd September 2016 got missed because of just 149/- rupees difference which I immediately paid online on 7th September 2016 at time of 8:17:02PM. Transaction ID is GICI[protected]. After which I got thank you for the payment massage of bajaj finserv. I completed my loan very smoothly on 2nd October so I went to buy a moblie phone on EMI card and suddenly they are saying you card is blocked so we can not proceed. I was completely unknown of all this because bajaj finserv blocked my card without any prior information.
                        I want it unblocked as soon as possible or I have to go other way.

                        Reciept number: 45, Customer: P Suresh on 14/10/2015. Preethi Emporium, 1st Floor, Ratna Arcade, Visakhapatnam 530016. Phone number[protected].We have purchased the stove Bajaj Majesty cgx10 before 9months in Preethi Emporium Vizag. We have given an complaint regarding the glass break, burners and abnormal sound from the burners. Then the service engineer came to our house and said the stove needs an replacement. Then as per the service engineer instruction we have returned the stove to the preeti emporium 2 weeks back. Till now no response from the preeti emporium, vizag and we asked about the issue, they are replying as no response from the company and also there was no stock it seems. Please consider the issue as soon as possible otherwise we will proceed legally (through consumer court). Note : Since 1 month we are using neighbours stove.

                        Product is defective and also Service was not good.

                            I am getting Daily 10-12 times phone calls/sms/emails from bajaj finserve regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. Earlier i have send you two mails regarding this and their service request no. are.SRN07078954 and SRN07051190. So far no action is taken to stop these calls.

                                I'm living in Bangalore, Karnataka, i'd purchased few goods through Bajaj Finserv my Customer ID and my mobile number is, my problem now is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from Bajaj Finserv alomost 4 to 5 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low interest loans ! these automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays ! Some times when i'm in unpleasant situation like death condolence or funeral meetings or in very important chief executive's meetings, i'm totally embarrassed with this, I would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, i am not in the condition of purchasing any loan from you and i'm not interested at all, since i bought few goods for easy EMI options i preferred bajaj finance but due to this your automated and manual calls are simply irritating me everyday, i request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls please.It will be a great relief for me and my family too.Please understand my situation and help.

                                  I saw in blfl mobile app about my card detail. hi saw in card detail pre approved lone of rs. 1, 08, 000 /-
                                  I was visited nearest branch they told me your card is in hold position.
                                  why this not clearly saw in mobile app?
                                  branch have no authority to unhold card. this thing i can't understand!
                                  why misguid customers?

                                    Another case from my side. I purchased a basic HP Laptop worth 21500. As I have Bajaj Finserve card, I applied for the loan. Down payment took by them is 7170 + 1000 (processing fee) and remaining amount 14330 is divided into 6 months installment, i.e. INR 2388 per month. So the total amount with 0% interest should be - Down payment - INR 7170 and 6 months installment - 2388 * 6 = 14330. Total is ~ 21500 which is my Laptop's price. Now the question is of INR 1000 processing fee.

                                    On asking for the receipt for INR 1000, they denied to share it stating no one asks for it. I somehow explained that executive the need of such receipts for me and he gave me an LTS form (I don't know whats that). As I was quite sure that there is something wrong and these people are not going to provide the receipt I asked the executive to call his manager (Ketan Singh)

                                    Ketan and my conversation -

                                    I explained the overall scenario and he started deviating the topic on "how is your Laptop", "Do you have any other requirement". I said lets come to the point, I need a receipt of INR 1000 to which he said we do not provide the receipt of INR 1000, we can provide you an LTS form (LTS form mentions processing fee - 0.00 and some interest - 900 and service tax 99 - Total ~ 1000). Ketan clearly said that they do not provide any receipt against processing fees incurred, we are here to do business and not charity, you don't teach me how business is done and please cancel your product, having bought a Laptop of 21500 and teaching me business.

                                    My response was crisp - You have no right to inform or advice me about product cancellation, I wont cancel, I need the receipt. If not, my uncle who is a lawyer would get in touch with you.

                                    Ketan scarily replied, I might be busy and cannot receive anyone's call. I asked where are you based, we will reach there to clarify this to which he said drop a line to our customer care and then he disconnected. I had nothing to say apart from the word "Fraud".

                                    My point is
                                    1. Bajaj Finserve is making false marketing by passing 0% interest message

                                    Dear Bajaj Finserve (Ketan Singh), I understand that you are here to do business and giving 1000 Rs. for me is not a big deal, but please provide its receipt and if not refund the sum of 1000 and do not incur any processing fee form your customer, instead charge them interest.

                                    Please provide a solution, else I have to dig this case with the help of my lawyer.

                                      I want to file case against Bajaj Finserv because for the below mentioned issue. This Bajaj Finserv play's with customers immotions. This is our festival time and this company have blocked my EMI CARD.

                                      Kindly let me that my EMI CARD NO 2030**********5269. Valid from 09/14 to

                                      09/24 why it is blocked ? I want the clarification immediately because while using this card in Big Bazaar Chennai I was surprised when the cash counter boy showed me that that card is blocked. It is not only a prestigious issue but it's a crime done by Bajaj Finserv that without informing me they have blocked my card. I am having relation with Bajaj Finserv for more than 3 years and I am paying all the EMI on time then why. I went to purchase my daughter's clothes from Bigbazaar .What emotional emotional effect she had gone through it couldn't possible for me on that point of time to purchase that amount of clothes in cash because according to the message which I have received from Bajaj Finserv on regular basis that which are the places and shops I can use my EMI CARD.

                                      SO I NEED THE CLARIFICATION IMMEDIATELY. OR ELSE I HAVE TO GIVE A STANDING INFORMATION TO MY BANK TO STOP ALL THE BAJAJ PAYMENT IN FUTURE.

                                      And I will proceed to the consumer forum court immediately.

                                        I got a call from bajaj that i have a pre approved loan and i can get it by confirming some details over phone and by accepting terms & conditions on email. So i did and got message that my loan is approved and will be credited within 2 days. 6 days passed but no update from bajaj. My account is showing that my l9an was disbursed on 30 sept 2016.but i didnt received a single penny.i have called over 100 times . They either disconnect the call or dont answer. What the hell is going on. And by the way the superagent said that the amount will be crwdited in 2 hours, though i ddint beleive it. They are just pathetic.please solvey issue and credit the amount

                                        We facing same issue we also received mail approval and disbursement details and they have also updated my experia account about the loan and emi detail and as per portal it show amount has been disbursed on 30th sep 2016 and my emi will start on 2nd Nov ...? But I still dint get any penny the guy who helped us he is not answering and wen I call from other number have replied that it will get credited today, which I am hearing past 2days gods knows what's going on 😢
                                        Couldn't able to purchase item from Flip kart, it's showing u should give NACH form to Bajaj Finserv Office, I tried to contact Finserv staff, they are not ready to give any such information. Kindly help me to do this.
