I have purchased a new Acer desktop + HP printer and UPS through Bajaj finserv on 28/Aug/2015. And I have been a customer of Bajaj Finserv for last two years.But this time I had a very bad experience with the sales man as well as with Bajaj finserv employee.
As per my discussion with Mr. Gothandan. (DOTCOM Salesman/Anna nagar br.). He confirmed that my loan amount will be Rs.37, 450 only.(No extra or hidden charges will be applicable) and as per Bajaj Finserv break down sent to my E mail ID i.e Rs.12, 484 + Rs.24, 966 = Rs.37450. But instead of Rs.12484 salesman from DOTCOM has charged me advance EMI amount of 12, 784 and the pending amount i need to pay to Bajaj finserv is Rs.24, 966 . So now the total amount has come around Rs.37750.
I already contacted Gothandan many time but i didn't get any proper response for that difference amount of Rs.300/. Last week I spoke to Gutham from (Bajaj Finserv), who confirmed that he will check and i will get a call back on my number. But now its more than weeks time no response from his end also.
I clearly informed Mr Gothandan that I am not going to pay any extra money apart from Rs.37450/. But still both of them are giving stupid reasons and wasting my time.
Requesting you to check and update the details.Otherwise I have to take some legal action on the same.
