My self Dipali khanvilkar I am a customer of bajaj fin service . Recently I have taken a Tv loan from vijay sales financed by Bajaj. My one installment got bounced of last month... For this ur sales person Shyam called me I told him to come on 16 first I picked the call and asked him to come on Saturday as I m working I available only on Saturday. That person calld me there after but since I m working I didn't pocked up d call and speak with the executive. ... on Saturday I. E on 19 there were only 1 call from his side which I missed... on 23rd he directly went to my house I was not there my mother was there but he didn't waited and didn't tried to contact me... today he called and talked so rudely... I said I didn't said I m not going to pay ur money then why ur so rude...talk politely but he was rude... thereafter his manager call Mr. SAMEER he was also same alike his executive. .. He also started showing my mistake of not picking his call and answering on time... but he didn't understand I guess that some one may be busy in his or her work and can b in meeting. .. my only request and suggestions is have some good educated people for ur good customers otherwise u will loss ur good people and business because of these people who doesn't care with whom and how they r talking with

    Today 25/9/2015 while I was in my office I got a call from one of the bajaj finserv employee (female+[protected] to clear my emi of 5600 rupees immediately that too with cash. They told me that my Emi was supposed to end in August which could not happen so I'd pay that amount right now.. as u all know this is the world of FRAUD CALLS I told her to let me check on details t and I will pay if anything is left. But NO.. she started screaming and I was wondering what I did wrong that couldn't be fixed??? And yes one more thing I forgot to mention .. before trying calling me she called my home, my younger brother picked up and that " respectful lady" started scolding him as if that young mind knows everything about the FINANCING WORLD.. # Disgusting I have no problem in paying what we have to pay but... WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR WAS THAT???? I'm still not getting it.. After checking on the details I came to know that one last emi was left and I ask the executive to come over and take that money. But seriously.????. this kind of behaviour is unacceptable, at least not by educated people like us.My card limit is above 1 lakh 50k you guys should check the past records at first Please try to value your customers.. they are the one who makes you or destroys you.. and for your sake try get some educated employees, , at least those who know that u call somebody to TALK not what she was doing.. No one wants to take another money and get embarrassed. Just to remind you[protected] Try to value your customers!!. If they'd clear all their Emi's, trust them they'd not be running anywhere without clear their final credit. And for "Ur Sake" GET SOME EDUCATED EMPLOYEES or else get ready to get these kinda reviews.. #no offence Can't give less than 1 star.

    Seema Savardekar Today 30/9/2015 while I was in my office I got a call from one of the bajaj finserv employee (female+91 [protected] Ms. Minal Durji) for NOC of consumer loan, but her intention is to clear my emi bounce charges of Rs.350/- immediately that too with cash. I already inform her that my loan is now cleared. But WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR WAS THAT?. this kind of behaviour is unacceptable, at least not by educated people like us. Just to remind you-------Try to value your customers! else get ready to get these kinda reviews.. #no offence Can't give less than 1 star.

      Hi My Name is Praveen Rohatgi i have recently purchased a LED TV with the help of Bajaj Finserv (Account Number :- 4010CD[protected] at the time of purchase i was looking for some better option to get this LED financed this is when a came across this executive from Bajaj who told me that as i was already a customer of bajaj( My Earlier LED was Financed by bajaj) and based on my previous relationship with bajaj i was entitled for a Emergency Cash Loan for 143, 000 but in order to avail this facility i would have to make a new purchase from bajaj and pay RS 250 as carges to avail this facility so i decided to purchase my new LED with the help of Bajaj and made a payment of RS 250 in order to avail this facility.But the real problem started after that on 17 th August 2015 i recieved a SMS stating that my card has been unblocked and i can use my emergency cash loan limit.So in order to avail this facility i called up your customer service where i was asked to vist the nearest branch when i visited the branch i was told that this loan was alredy rejected i called up your customer service again to know what went wrong and i was asked to visit the branch again and the person sitting over there gave me the same reason that there was some problem with my cibil due to which my loan was rejected i called up your customer service and made them speak to the person in branch and he told them that this was rejected because of low cibil score and handed over the phone to me so i spoke to your customer service executive and i was asked to mail the latest copy of my CIBIL ( which costed me another 500 RS) report to customer service mail id which i did now i have recieved a email from customer service that due to there internal policy they cannot approve my loan.Now my question this is a paid service i was asked to pay for it and was told that this is entierly based on my relationship with Bajaj why was i not told about the CIBIL part (i have always made timely payments to bajaj) and if this was a pre approved offer why was this denied as i was charged for it and how could you charge someone if you cannot provide a service. this is a clear case of misleading a customer and providing wrong information.With my recent experience with Bajaj i have started beleving that the dont value there words and make fool out of there customers by giving incorrect information .They should idealy remove the words we care from there tagline as they do not care about there customers.They can do any thing to increase there bussiness this includes misleading the customers as well.I never expected such a pathetic service from Bajaj .

      Hi I have already send many Emails regarding the same issue but it is still not resolved.
      A similar thing happened to me as well. This emergency cash loan on EMI card is a scam. See my post:

      The Bajaj people are never going to disburse this loan even if your CIBIL score is high. Mine was 791, still they blocked my card after taking all the documents and security cheques from me. They want to earn Rs 200-250 from each customer holding the Bajaj finance card. Its a scam. Guys don't fall for it. They are never going to grant the emergency cash loan. My repeated complaint to their customer care has fallen on deaf ears. They give vague reasons and replies.

Mine was 791, still they my ELC is Active but not working. Or not given even it active. I purchased phone from my Emi card after taking all they told me to pay 250 for Emergency cash loan.       I would like to draw your attention to this message by stating that, I have been a good customer of Bajaj Finserv for which Bajaj has provided me a pre-approved personal loan of Rs. 1, 59, 000. On 23/04/2018, I came to know about this pre-approved loan through my customer portal site. I applied for the same on 23/04/2018 as I have some loan requirement for renovating my office premise. My loan application number is SF79138512 and my registered mobile number is [protected]. On 24/04/2018, at 10 am a representative came at my house to collect my documents & security cheques and at 9:21 pm same day I received a telephonic verification call from Bajaj stating the details of the loan and verifying my details. On 25/04/2018, I received a SMS from Bajaj stating that the loan cannot be process due to Bajaj's Policy. Kindly provide me a valid reason for rejecting my application of the pre-approved loan and thus also state that if you found me not suitable for personal loan why then you provide pre-approved personal loan. As per my little knowledge pre-approved loan means which I am qualified for and only have to apply to get it sanctioned.

      Kindly reply to me as soon as possible so that I get a justified reason of my rejection. I have used your EMI Card once and have cleared all the EMIs on time. My cibil score is above 800.

        Hi, I have purchased a new Acer desktop + HP printer and UPS through Bajaj finserv on 28/Aug/2015. And I have been a customer of Bajaj Fin​serv​ for last two years.But this time I had a very bad experience with the sales man as well as with Bajaj finserv employee. As per ​m​y discussion with Mr. Gothandan. (DOTCOM Salesman/​Anna nagar br.​). He confirmed that my loan amount will be Rs.37, 450 only.(No extra or hidden charges will be applicable) and as per Bajaj Finserv break down sent to my E mail ID i.e Rs.12, 484 + Rs.24, 966 = Rs.37450. But instead of Rs.12484 salesman from DOTCOM has charged me advance EMI amount of 12, 784 and the pending amount i need to pay to Bajaj finserv is Rs.24, 966 . So now the total amount has come around Rs.37750. I already contacted Gothandan many​ ​ time but i didn't get any proper response for that difference amount of Rs.300/. Last week I spoke to Gutham from (Bajaj Fin​serv​), who confirmed that he will check and i will get a call back on my number. But now its more than weeks time no response from his end also. I clearly informed Mr Gothandan that I am not going to pay any extra money apart from Rs.37450/.​ But still ​​b​oth ​of them​ ​are giving stupid reasons and ​ wasting my time.​​ Requesting you to check and update the details.Otherwise I ​have to take some legal action ​on the same.​ Please find the attachment of the approved loan details herewith.​ Regards, Jawahar Prabhakaran Cell :- +[protected]

          Hi, I have taken a personal Loan(​#405SPL[protected] from Bajaj Finserv . An agent name is Mr. Dileep Singh cell #[protected] (dileep.[protected]@bassindia.com) who had processed my application. Along with the Loan they also provided me an Bajaj Finserv platinum credit card saying that this is free card and you does not have to pay any charges on this card. However, In September 2015 Statement they have included an annual fee charge of Rs. 1138/- including service charges. When I contact Bajaj finserv helpdesk they are saying me to contact to Standard charted bank about the charges while standard chartered is saying these are valid charges and they cant reverse it.

            Dear Sir, On 23rd of July 2015, i tried to pay online the total outstanding of my personal loan account no. 4050PL00473607 in Bajaj Finserve to foreclose it.But it allowed me to deposit the total outstanding after deduction of one emi which were supposed to be deducted on 5th of August 2015. ( Screen shot of the same is attached ). But when proceeded for the same due to some error/system inability it could not go through & i was instructed to make the payment at selected Axis Bank Branch, which are used by Bajaj Finserve as collection center. I followed the instructions & deposited the same amount Rs. 17125/- in Axis Bank Link Road Andheri Mumbai, Branch ( All receipts are attached). Ideally post deduction of 5th August emi i should have received the closure letter form Bajaj Finserve but unfortunately i got deduction of additional emi on 5th September. Since then i have written & visited Bajaj Finserve office so many times ( mail communications are attached). but it looks like Bajaj does not have the culture to revert on customers queries.               Dear sir/Madam; As i am got a loan on bajaj finserv corp for consumer durable products on 2/10/2014...due to some financial problem i am unable to paid balance due amount, i am requested the collections agents for 10 days time for balance payment, but the collections agents are given me a lot of pressure and mental torchure about the payment...i got minimum 20 calls from the collections agents for 1 day...The agent name is Ms.Parameshwari and somebody spoke he is the manager his name is Mr.Prabhu and the agency name is "chithra agencies;T.nagar;chennai", That mentioned girl spoke me like a abusive words...and that manager also...I was contacted the Bajaj Finserv Person Named:Mr.Guru {Chennai,[protected]}request a complaint about this...but they are not responding my complaint...I am request you take a severe action of both of them...They are not know how to spoke the customers...they contacted this numbers:[protected] & that girls mobile number :-[protected]

                I Ms Bhakti Vijay Sawant residing at Mumbai I have purchased LED 42' last year, i have paid EMI Regularly from last 8 Months from last final 2 Months i am unable to paid EMI regularly coz my bank account has been closed, in between i have received so many call in unauthentic language from your Goregoan Branch, they are trying to prove i am laying to company in a purposely way & also this recover lady agent ( Ms Pinky -[protected]) said i am not able to use your product & this language are very unauthotic, i am not expecting this type of calls from bajaj also i am not getting how many people are following single case in a matter i do not know those calls i have recieved they are giving me variant figure in the same loans & if i am trying to communicate them they are not able to answer me in a genuine way, i want to know how the company recruit this type of people.i have request to you please look in this matter seriously & revert back ASAP Thanking you

                    Bajaj Finserv, A year back I purchased a smartphone from Reliance Digittal though Bajaj EMI card. At the time of purchasing the phone I informed the representative of bajaj Finserv that they can not process the EMI through my old ICICI Bank account since it stopped using it and asked them if I can change it to my HDFC account which I was using currently. He asked me to provide a cancelled cheque at least a week time before the next EMI date which I gave the HDFC cheque to him after 2 days purchasing the phone. But very soon after the EMI date I realised that it's not updated and they keeping calling for EMI bounce and they kept collecting the dues every month by cash. After completing the emis they still asked me to pay EMI bounce charges which I denied because of no fault of mine. And they didn't call me after that. But today I received a call from someone name Mr. Yadav stating he is a lawyer and said Bajaj Finserv has filed a civil case in my name stating I have pending due of Rs. 2100 (EMI bounce charges) which I will have to pay before 4pm today (call received only by 3pm) or else will have to pay a penalty of Rs. 18000 at Delhi court. I explained what was actually happened and told him thats not my fault where they didn't update the records because of that only I paid every month through cash. I don't understand one thing when I had the cash to pay the due every month why cant I make it through ecs. That's their fault didn't switch it to my current account. Bajaj please rectify this issue.                     But not at all giving time! Just help me out of this Bajaj team!

                    I am been getting call from mr Yadav against bounce payment of my emi against the personal loan taken in 2016 which was already clear the pricipal amount and interest on it still they saying it’s pending and been harrsing the senior citizen at my earlier ressidicne addrecne where in I had left that state last year and had closed the amount. Bajaj kindly solve this as earliest.

                          It is very sad to write here that I have very bad experience with Bajaj avenger and its servicing. A person brought his favorite bike with a huge loan amount and the bike may be defective in terms of engine performance as I experience as daily basis, It is very bad thing to the company even. From the first day, I feel the bike may be defective because the engine is running very tight, when I drive the bike (Avenger-220CC) even on 60-70 KMH, I feel that I am driving 100 CC bike or less. The engine is running tight and all parts of bike are vibrating as well. I felt that after first service It would be OK but even after 3 company's free services I experience same as I felt from the first day and I complained in every service to my dealer (Shree Shyam Bajaj - Sikar Road) and their workshop owner but they did not solve the problem or may be Its a manufacturing problem. Now I am getting mentally harassment after brought this bike and waste the huge amount which is '100400' with loan interest.                                 Iam Arun kumar.N.K shimoga complained 2 times for cancellation of ew on sony tv, but not yet solved at shimoga office. already Rs 5838 two emis paid, but the actual emi is Rs5000. kindly do the needful before stop payment of future emis. cancel ew & adjust the excess amount to my loan a/c and oblige to continue relationship with bajaj finsery.

Bajaj finserv claims that the subvention charges are borne by them and not consumer but the EMI amount total sum comes to be exactly exceeding the loan amount equal to the subvention charges.                                   I am Seema Sharma from Haryana. i bought one apple i 6 phone from Croma, 12/7, 1st Floor, Crown Mall, Main Mathura Road, NH2, Faridabad, Haryana 121003. For the product EMI Amount is Rs 4690/- but my EMI amount deduct(thru ECS) per month is Rs 5317/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be .Initially i overlooked the issue for several months but one day when i went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that and extra amount Rs 649/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (579BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is ? i was not told any thing like this when i bought those product.Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount .Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted every month. i want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming EMI . please help !                                     Hi, My consumer durable loan account number is 4210CD06673839 and my balic premium loan account number is 421BAL06674497. At this moment, I need nothing from Bajaj Finserv, but all I need is a small response to my mails and phone calls. I would like to ask one thing. Is it a trick to sell your Insurance, bcoz as soon as my balic premium loan account is finished, my EMI card was blocked without any information. Is there any valid reason to block my EMI card? How many of my cheques returned without money or how many EMIs pending for me?

                                      I have applied for a new sony Full HD LED television set. While applying for the same, I was informed that my card has been blocked. When I mailed at wecare mail id of Bajaj Finserv, I was informed that my card can't be resumed due to certain CIBIL rating. I would like to tell you all that there was slight problem with my loan during the last purchase as I have to switch companies and my salary account for the previous employer was stopped. Resulting me in late fee. However, it has all been shorted and I have cleared my due. I have once again applied a loan, but my card is still blocked for which I can't take any good. PLEASE UNBLOCK MY CARD OR I HAVE TO POST THE SAME ON FACEBOOK AN TWITTER. I AM A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER OF YOUR.
