My LAN (403SPF[protected] which was sanctioned a couple of weeks before is not credited to my account. Also, I have received all in the invitation letter, loan statement, interest certificate and Virtual LAN. I am really puzzled why these guys aren't paying attention to this.

    I have given my bike for 3rd free service in anjani motors servies center . my bike was having problem . But they delevered bike without solving any problem . i brougth bike on[protected] not even 1 year got over and also i have given my batery to showroom they asked 1 week to clear my problem . almost 4 days over
    whose idea for 180 cc without kicker model ... if i see i ll blast him >>>>>>

      Dear Sir/Madam, Recently we applied for unsecured business loan with Bajaj Finserv Ltd through a agent. Last week the loan is disbursed directly to our account. Our loan account is 402PSB14768249. However we never received any kind of mail, sanction letter or any document mentioning rate of interest, processing fee, insurance & other deductible charges etc. They never take any kind of consent from us before disbursing the loan. When we enquired with customer care they had levied so many charges & higer rate of interest which are not acceptable to us.Also they are not responding satisfactorily. My question is it possible for a NBFC to disburse the loan without issuing saction letter or witout our consent? Please look in to the matter urgently.         I got personal loan from Bajaj Finserve on Aug -2015, my loan account no 403PRO13825144...before sanction the person who spoke to me from pune assured d interest is 14.99% but after sanction it shows 16.75% fixed rate they also deducted 18000 rs for insurance big amount...then first EMi was not deducted (ECS) From my central bank account even though enough balance is there ...I paid as cash on 12 th sep -15, again this month 2nd Emi on 2 nd Oct 15 also not deducted... My bank charged me for Ecs return charges ...I went to Chennai mount road Bajaj branch ..but no proper reply ..very worst experience. ...I already requested to cancel my insurance & return d amount 18000. No response ... DONT know what to do next...

          Hi, I am Ankit from Lucknow. I bought one WRLPOL-REF REFRIGERATOR 205 IM PRM 5S TTN from Reliance Digitel, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. For the products EMI amount is 1125 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 2225/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 1100/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (456BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? Please help!           Hello there,

          Thanks for your kind response. I would like to inform you that I have a Bajaj Finserv Card ([protected]) with the name Ankit Mishra, through witch I bought a Refrigerator from Riliance Digital Lucknow in the month of January 2015 for that I was supposed to get charged 1125 on monthly basis, however I got charged 2250/- for six months 1125/month for the purchase I did and 1100/month against the loan (456BAL[protected] that I am not aware of even. Please refer the attachment above, same is reflecting in my account but I have not applied for any such loan. According to me I got charged 1100/month extra for continuous six months. Please look into it and resolve the same asap. My contact me over the call as well if required my contact details [protected] and mail id is ankit.[protected]@gmail.com.

            Myself Dayanand Salagare, I have applied for personal loan with 10Lac rupees in Bajaj finance serv. one of executive processing my loan her name is Priya and her phone number is [protected]. While processing she assured me there is no any kind of processing, hidden charges and partial payment also available. she agreed for 12.99 rate of interest. As per their procedure i have submitted document and while given document also i have confirmed the loan amount and rate of interest and hidden charges. They are agreed for everything but while releasing loan amount i got call form bajaj finance we are not able give 10 Lac they told we will give 7 Lac and when they are acknowledged mail In mail they mentioned 5 Lac loan amount. But before they checked in CIBIL information as per that i am eligible for 11.5 Lac loan they told. and communication is also too worst with this company. Before this i was processing with standard chartered with same amount with 13% rate of interest. priya executive she assured me we will 10Lac amount with 12.99 rate of interest and she suggested to stop the SC loan process. as per her suggestion i have stopped SC loan. On this loan i have given committment and i have given 2 Lac advance also to some person. Due to this i was lossed 2 Lac. Dont believe Bajaj finserv for loans and dont commit to others. this company is fraud. I am going to give complaint on Bajaj Finserv. Dayanand Salagare - [protected]

              TO WHOMSOEVER CONCERNED, This is in reference to your team’s non stop mail & msgs to avail Personal Loan !!! I always used to avail loan from other financial institutions for any purchases or personal loan . But 1st time my Sony TV dealer suggested to go through Bajaj Fin Corp while buying my Sony Bravia TV and was good experience . Than came mailers / sms saying I have 1.27 K pre-approved loan for buying white goods, for which a smart card too wasvsent and eligibility of pre-approved personal loan for 4 lakhs Later came non calls from Pune office again n again for availing loan... when agreed to take a personal loan of 1 lakh your representative from Panjim, Mr Abhinav Chodankar sent a person by name Mr Amjad to collect documents !!! He kept the docs for a week and when I followed up for the results, he refused saying I am not eligible for the same as I work for a Real Estate company . I didn’t come asking for loan to you guys but vice versa !! In spite of so many calls and smses to return my docs/and blank signed 6 cheque leaves ended in vain and to top it now he stopped answering the calls !!! I don’t think this is the right way to interact with your prospective customers, in fact you have lost 2 more customers for white goods due to your irresponsible employees attitude ...                 Dear Sir/Madam, My customer ID is 11286615 and my EMI Card No. is [protected]. Last month, I received an offer that if I upgrade my privilege card to preferred card by paying a nominal amount of Rs 200/, I would be offered an emergency cash loan of Rs 2, 33, 000. I did the same. On August 19 when I went to avail the loan at your Rash Behari branch office in Kolkata, I was told that no such scheme was available on my card. After mailing "wecare" thrice and visiting the branch twice, finally the problem was resolved. On August 26, I submitted my ID proof and four HDFC Bank security cheques to your executive at Rash Behari branch office in Kolkata. This guy, however, was absolutely clueless as to how to process the loan. He came up with an excuse that the ECS bank mandate on my card was showing as UTI Bank and hence this needed to be changed to HDFC Bank first before he could process the loan. The reason he said was that the loan amount would get disbursed in my UTI bank account. It must be noted here that my current consumer durable loan EMI with Bajaj, however, gets deducted from my HDFC Bank account. So why the bank mandate in EMI card was different, I fail to understand? Nevertheless, he asked me to wait for few days for the updation. I waited for almost a month to hear anything from him. But didn't. He never processed my loan request. In the mean time, I kept mailing and calling your customer care and received the same reply all the time that whichever bank's cheques you submit, the loan would get disbursed in that account and automatically your bank mandate in the card will get updated. No separate updation was required. But the executive at Rash Behari branch begged to differ and did not process my loan. Finally, last week, I received an SMS that my preferred card has been blocked and I cannot avail the emergency cash loan. I really feel embarrassed and cheated. I am not a beggar begging for alms. I have always repaid my EMIs on time, both for Bajaj cosumer loans and bank loans. Even if you guys don't want to give me the cash loan, at least specify the reason for it. CIBIL score can't be the reason because my current score is 791, which is quite healthy. Moreover, I am also repaying my current consumer loan (4100CD[protected] with Bajaj on time. So why would I default on cash loan, I don't understand. Either you guys just wanted to earn Rs 200 from existing customers and hence used this bait of emergency cash loan or you guys are yet to formulate the process of giving this loan. I sincerely request you guys to first make sure what would be the process for giving emergency cash loan against preferred card and train your executive in the same. Kindly do not waste the customer's time and take them for a ride. First you offer the loan and then cancel it.Quite unprofessional, you make the customers appear like a fool!                   Dear sir/ madam, With reference to my personal loan account no. 5770PL00252062 which was given on[protected]. I have 22 emi's outstanding for which I had not paid for last 6 months. There was settlement offered to me of Rs.130000/- for which I am unable to make payment at this movement I need at least one months time. Inspite of informing the same to your collection team they are harassing me a lot using abusive language at night also. Another thing I want to add here that they are also calling any member of society where I am residing, my relatives and friends. These all members are neither my references and guarantor. With them also your team is not professional and use abusive language. I am not able to make payment as I am Jobless at this moment. Still I am trying to close this, also I want to pay only the problem I need time as I don't have money. I clearly told to your team that take any action against me I am ready for that but do not call and harass others for that. I have All persons name and numbers who called me and used abuse language.                     No clarification and action yet from Bajaj FinServ, I am convinced its a scam. No Pre-approved personal loan is given against card. The moment you apply for the loan, the card gets blocked without any valid reason.

                      Hi,
                      RAGU and KARTHIK from BAJAJ FINSERV (loan department) executives approached me for personal loan offer of 3 Lakhs Rs/- (13.25 % interest rate) around a month back (SEP 1st Week). On the next day, they came to my office and collected all of my documents (ID proof, Address proof, 3 month’s Pay slip, 3 months Bank statements, PAN & company ID).

                      After this, RAGU called me again and asked my last one year bank statements which also I sent to his official mail id two times (ragu.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in) on 18th SEP, 2015 and 26th SEP, 2015.

                      My Loan Application Case Id/File Id/Loan ID: [protected]

                      In between this there was no update from anyone for about a week. I used to call them both every day at multiple times but no one reachable.

                      Later, I got a call from Karthik on (28th SEP, 2015) saying my loan was approved and he will send a person to collect my cheques for ECS purpose. But as usual I have not received any update/call after this. I have tried to reach THEM all the involved persons for this, but none of them seem to respond now. If I get hold of any one also, they don't seem to respond properly. Once even my call was disconnected abruptly.

                      This does not seem to be a genuine approach to me as I doubt this could be some FRAUD, as they have all my documents now and there are chances to get the LOAN FROM MY NAME.

                      Please help me to find out the status of my loan, and let me know if this was really processed.

                        I have been receiving EMI updates and payment failed updates for a Bajaj Finserv loan account. Since I have not taken any loan from them, I called up their helpline @[protected] to find out why I have been receiving these messages. They told me that my number has been incorrectly added to a loan account. Below are the attempts that I have made to correct it: 1. Spoke to Saurabh on 18th September 2015 @ 9:45 am. He took down my complaint and told me that it would be resolved within 5 working day. Complaint number: SRM03838632. 2. Spoke to Shashank on 30th September 2015 @ 12:40 pm. I was on hold for about 8 minutes before he disconnected my call. 3. Spoke to Shailesh on the same day @ 12:51 pm. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was immediately put on hold without any further comment. After 7.41 minutes of wait time, my call was disconnected again. 4. Spoke to Mahesh on the same day @ 1:10 pm. He was extremely rude and said that the mobile number was incorrectly added and they had to wait for approval and so on to take it off. He could not give any proper resolution. When asked about all the calls and time i was spending on getting their mistake resolved, he adamantly maintained that the company has the right to put in any active mobile number. I keep telling them, that this is not my account, i have not bought any consumer durable good nor have I availed of any finance from Bajaj finserv.

                          I always used to avail loan from other financial institutions for any purchases or personal loan .
                          But 1st time my Sony TV dealer suggested to go through Bajaj Fin Corp while buying my Sony Bravia TV and was good experience .
                          Than came mailers / sms saying I have 1.27 K pre-approved loan for buying white goods, for which a smart card too wasvsent and eligibility of pre-approved personal loan for 4 lakhs
                          Later came non calls from Pune office again n again for availing loan... when agreed to take a personal loan of 1 lakh your representative from Panjim, Mr Abhinav Chodankar sent a person by name Mr Amjad to collect documents !!!
                          He kept the docs for a week and when I followed up for the results, he refused saying I am not eligible for the same as I work for a Real Estate company .
                          I didn’t come asking for loan to you guys but vice versa !!
                          In spite of so many calls and smses to return my docs/and blank signed 6 cheque leaves ended in vain and to top it now he stopped answering the calls !!!

                          I don’t think this is the right way to interact with your prospective customers, in fact you have lost 2 more customers for white goods due to your irresponsible employees attitude ...

                          Bajaj finserv called my dad and offered him personal loan of RS 300000 with additional benefit with a Life insurance cover. His loan account no. Is 404PMT72617148 And unfortunately my dad passed away. And I had to call the Bajaj customer portal which is a hopeless way of communicating to a representative. And I decided to go to Bajaj finserv in Bangalore prestige building 3rd floor. Those bunch of ignorant people decided not to deal with hardworks. Though I showed them the paper where the life insurance premium was availed. They didn't want to look in any further and asked me to write to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, I decided to write thinking I might find a solution. But nevertheless they were just like the people who don't want to look into the some serious matter and just ask me to go here and there.. and now I decided not to do anything and just wait for them to react. Because they can't do anything I've got all the proof. All I want to say is that please Don't treat your customers this way or you will end up loosing the trust and business. Just for a record I have posted the details of Life insurance document.

                            I wanted to purchase iphone6 64 GB and visited Chennai Mobiles office in Brookfields Mall of Coimbatore. I opted for EMI scheme while Bajaj Finserv staff told me that he wanted to Login inorder to check for eligibility. While I was not told that if Login is undertaken i cannot buy in any other store. But downpayment was not acceptable for me and i visited the next dealer Supreme Paradise of iphone who opted me a better emi scheme of 1 month downpayment and rest in EMI. which was affordable and acceptable for me. but after couple of days when i checked with Supreme Paradise, they explained me that i was logged in by another dealer and therefore cannot buy from his show room. My question is why was Finserv staff in Chennai mobile in so much hurry and negligence ? Why didn't he explain me the meaning of LOGIN?? and why did he ever sent email three times which when done would not allow me to avail credit facilities from any showrooms for next 2 months?? When I have not taken any loan from Bajaj Finserv, and due to mistake of Finserv staff (negligence)? why should I suffer?? Kindly revert and resolve this immediately.

                              I am Sangeeth from Chennai. I bought one Samsung washing machine from Vasanth&co Madipakkam Chennai. For the products EMI amount is Rs, 1, 028 but my EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is Rs 1, 815/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 787/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (403BAL[protected]. I do not understand what it actually is? I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount. Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? I want the already deducted amount to be adjusted with all the upcoming EMIs. Please help!                                 My self Dipali khanvilkar I am a customer of bajaj fin service . Recently I have taken a Tv loan from vijay sales financed by Bajaj. My one installment got bounced of last month... For this ur sales person Shyam called me I told him to come on 16 first I picked the call and asked him to come on Saturday as I m working I available only on Saturday. That person calld me there after but since I m working I didn't pocked up d call and speak with the executive. ... on Saturday I. E on 19 there were only 1 call from his side which I missed... on 23rd he directly went to my house I was not there my mother was there but he didn't waited and didn't tried to contact me... today he called and talked so rudely... I said I didn't said I m not going to pay ur money then why ur so rude...talk politely but he was rude... thereafter his manager call Mr. SAMEER he was also same alike his executive. .. He also started showing my mistake of not picking his call and answering on time... but he didn't understand I guess that some one may be busy in his or her work and can b in meeting. .. my only request and suggestions is have some good educated people for ur good customers otherwise u will loss ur good people and business because of these people who doesn't care with whom and how they r talking with

                                  Today 25/9/2015 while I was in my office I got a call from one of the bajaj finserv employee (female+[protected] to clear my emi of 5600 rupees immediately that too with cash. They told me that my Emi was supposed to end in August which could not happen so I'd pay that amount right now.. as u all know this is the world of FRAUD CALLS I told her to let me check on details t and I will pay if anything is left. But NO.. she started screaming and I was wondering what I did wrong that couldn't be fixed??? And yes one more thing I forgot to mention .. before trying calling me she called my home, my younger brother picked up and that " respectful lady" started scolding him as if that young mind knows everything about the FINANCING WORLD.. # Disgusting I have no problem in paying what we have to pay but... WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR WAS THAT???? I'm still not getting it.. After checking on the details I came to know that one last emi was left and I ask the executive to come over and take that money. But seriously.????. this kind of behaviour is unacceptable, at least not by educated people like us.My card limit is above 1 lakh 50k you guys should check the past records at first Please try to value your customers.. they are the one who makes you or destroys you.. and for your sake try get some educated employees, , at least those who know that u call somebody to TALK not what she was doing.. No one wants to take another money and get embarrassed. Just to remind you[protected] Try to value your customers!!. If they'd clear all their Emi's, trust them they'd not be running anywhere without clear their final credit. And for "Ur Sake" GET SOME EDUCATED EMPLOYEES or else get ready to get these kinda reviews.. #no offence Can't give less than 1 star.

                                  Seema Savardekar Today 30/9/2015 while I was in my office I got a call from one of the bajaj finserv employee (female+91 [protected] Ms. Minal Durji) for NOC of consumer loan, but her intention is to clear my emi bounce charges of Rs.350/- immediately that too with cash. I already inform her that my loan is now cleared. But WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR WAS THAT?. this kind of behaviour is unacceptable, at least not by educated people like us. Just to remind you-------Try to value your customers! else get ready to get these kinda reviews.. #no offence Can't give less than 1 star.

                                    Hi My Name is Praveen Rohatgi i have recently purchased a LED TV with the help of Bajaj Finserv (Account Number :- 4010CD[protected] at the time of purchase i was looking for some better option to get this LED financed this is when a came across this executive from Bajaj who told me that as i was already a customer of bajaj( My Earlier LED was Financed by bajaj) and based on my previous relationship with bajaj i was entitled for a Emergency Cash Loan for 143, 000 but in order to avail this facility i would have to make a new purchase from bajaj and pay RS 250 as carges to avail this facility so i decided to purchase my new LED with the help of Bajaj and made a payment of RS 250 in order to avail this facility.But the real problem started after that on 17 th August 2015 i recieved a SMS stating that my card has been unblocked and i can use my emergency cash loan limit.So in order to avail this facility i called up your customer service where i was asked to vist the nearest branch when i visited the branch i was told that this loan was alredy rejected i called up your customer service again to know what went wrong and i was asked to visit the branch again and the person sitting over there gave me the same reason that there was some problem with my cibil due to which my loan was rejected i called up your customer service and made them speak to the person in branch and he told them that this was rejected because of low cibil score and handed over the phone to me so i spoke to your customer service executive and i was asked to mail the latest copy of my CIBIL ( which costed me another 500 RS) report to customer service mail id which i did now i have recieved a email from customer service that due to there internal policy they cannot approve my loan.Now my question this is a paid service i was asked to pay for it and was told that this is entierly based on my relationship with Bajaj why was i not told about the CIBIL part (i have always made timely payments to bajaj) and if this was a pre approved offer why was this denied as i was charged for it and how could you charge someone if you cannot provide a service. this is a clear case of misleading a customer and providing wrong information.With my recent experience with Bajaj i have started beleving that the dont value there words and make fool out of there customers by giving incorrect information .They should idealy remove the words we care from there tagline as they do not care about there customers.They can do any thing to increase there bussiness this includes misleading the customers as well.I never expected such a pathetic service from Bajaj .

                                    The Bajaj people are never going to disburse this loan even if your CIBIL score is high. Mine was 791, still they blocked my card after taking all the documents and security cheques from me. They want to earn Rs 200-250 from each customer holding the Bajaj finance card. Its a scam. Guys don't fall for it. They are never going to grant the emergency cash loan. My repeated complaint to their customer care has fallen on deaf ears. They give vague reasons and replies.

                                    I would like to draw your attention to this message by stating that, I have been a good customer of Bajaj Finserv for which Bajaj has provided me a pre-approved personal loan of Rs. 1, 59, 000. On 23/04/2018, I came to know about this pre-approved loan through my customer portal site. I applied for the same on 23/04/2018 as I have some loan requirement for renovating my office premise. My loan application number is SF79138512 and my registered mobile number is [protected]. On 24/04/2018, at 10 am a representative came at my house to collect my documents & security cheques and at 9:21 pm same day I received a telephonic verification call from Bajaj stating the details of the loan and verifying my details. On 25/04/2018, I received a SMS from Bajaj stating that the loan cannot be process due to Bajaj's Policy. Kindly provide me a valid reason for rejecting my application of the pre-approved loan and thus also state that if you found me not suitable for personal loan why then you provide pre-approved personal loan. As per my little knowledge pre-approved loan means which I am qualified for and only have to apply to get it sanctioned.

                                    Kindly reply to me as soon as possible so that I get a justified reason of my rejection. I have used your EMI Card once and have cleared all the EMIs on time. My cibil score is above 800.

                                      Hi, I have purchased a new Acer desktop + HP printer and UPS through Bajaj finserv on 28/Aug/2015. And I have been a customer of Bajaj Fin​serv​ for last two years.But this time I had a very bad experience with the sales man as well as with Bajaj finserv employee. As per ​m​y discussion with Mr. Gothandan. (DOTCOM Salesman/​Anna nagar br.​). He confirmed that my loan amount will be Rs.37, 450 only.(No extra or hidden charges will be applicable) and as per Bajaj Finserv break down sent to my E mail ID i.e Rs.12, 484 + Rs.24, 966 = Rs.37450. But instead of Rs.12484 salesman from DOTCOM has charged me advance EMI amount of 12, 784 and the pending amount i need to pay to Bajaj finserv is Rs.24, 966 . So now the total amount has come around Rs.37750. I already contacted Gothandan many​ ​ time but i didn't get any proper response for that difference amount of Rs.300/. Last week I spoke to Gutham from (Bajaj Fin​serv​), who confirmed that he will check and i will get a call back on my number. But now its more than weeks time no response from his end also.                                         Hi, I have taken a personal Loan(​#405SPL[protected] from Bajaj Finserv . An agent name is Mr. Dileep Singh cell #[protected] (dileep.[protected]@bassindia.com) who had processed my application. Along with the Loan they also provided me an Bajaj Finserv platinum credit card saying that this is free card and you does not have to pay any charges on this card. However, In September 2015 Statement they have included an annual fee charge of Rs. 1138/- including service charges. When I contact Bajaj finserv helpdesk they are saying me to contact to Standard charted bank about the charges while standard chartered is saying these are valid charges and they cant reverse it.
