I applied for a loan of 100000 on Sunday, 24/11/2024. The amount got approved, but disbursal went on hold. I contacted customer care on Sunday, the 24th, and they said it will be disbursed in 5 days. I contacted again yesterday, and they again said 5 days. Seems like you guys dont have a track of time, and this is really misleading your customers, and providing incorrect information. Kindly do the needful to get this disbursed by Monday, 2/12/2024, which is after a week since approval! This is an emergency, or I will have to file a complaint as this is not a small amount.
