I applied for a loan of 100000 on Sunday, 24/11/2024. The amount got approved, but disbursal went on hold. I contacted customer care on Sunday, the 24th, and they said it will be disbursed in 5 days. I contacted again yesterday, and they again said 5 days. Seems like you guys dont have a track of time, and this is really misleading your customers, and providing incorrect information. Kindly do the needful to get this disbursed by Monday,...

Have contacted kissht Twitter customer service and told them regarding the harrassment made by the Collection agent who visited the adhar registered address and created Chaos Defamed my entire family to the neighbour and shared the loan details. I am Giri Kumar Banerjee have an issue with my financial instability and a fraud happen at recent times.

I am requesting the company for an extension of atleast one month so that i could repay all the dues with interest and charges. and also stop all the payment reminders and visits and harrassment till 30th july, 2024.

They are comtinuously harrasing me and not providing me an extension.
They are calling over my contact lists and texting my sisters using bad words which are completely illegal.

Trying to forclose the loan but the payment gateway they are using is not working. They don’t even help about how and what to do in this case.

Moreover, the interest of 33% is charged for every single day on the amount.

It’s been almost 25 days we are trying to forclose the loan, they are just making money through 33% interest. When visited their office in Nahur, Mumbai; these guys didn’t even permit us...

I have a loan overdue and I am ready to make the payment but not in one shot, asking them to provide emi option like three installments but they are not allowing it and asking me to make one payment or else they will come to home and threatening me like they know how to get money like that....

I have paid the emi but not reflected in the app.
when we use to call the executive they told us that the money not received by there bank.
when we check the upi transaction the upi company saying money is deposited in kissht company's bank account....
