I have received an email about elite membership card from bajaj finserv on 29-aug-2017. On the same day i have applied for the membership from the same email by paying 4, 777 inr online. Since then i haven't received any update, neither confirmation about the payment nor about the membership.
I have sent many emails asking for the update but no replies from your end.
I have tried calling bajaj finserv customer care over phone but they say, customer care for elite membership is different and they dont know the telephone number.
Very irresponsible.
Finally, i had to choose public platform like this to address my complaint. Lets see it it reaches you.
