[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — bajaj emi card blocked

I am having bajai emi card ending with 1612. Yesterday i went to shop provisions at big bazzar, i purchased worth of rs.6400 through bajai emi card, but wen i swipe for purchase it reply as my card is blocked. I want to know about. I pay all my emi s in regular way, but it is total disappointment for me. As a customer i did not except from your end. So pls solve my issue.
