Bajaj Finserv — bajaj emi card - harassment. totally unethical - pls check everything before saying yes. they are too good at bluffing

Hello sir,
Please note customer experience head : the same mail has been marked a copy to consumer forum due to the harassment caused due to unethical card blockage by bajaj finserv.


Please refer to loan account no : (#############)vijay gohel

1. I had taken this loan of -₹ 8990.00 with a tenure of 3 months / instalments starting from 7th may 2019.

2. A mail was written to bajaj finserv well before not to autodebit the amount from bank of baroda as my account in that is dormant.

3. Bajaj finserv did not make a note of it and it was auto debited from my bank of baroda account and I had to bear the bounce charges.

4. My CIBIL score went down from 860 to 811 because of bajaj finserv. On top of that I made double payment of my installment because there was no acknowledgement of any payment. Even today the Experia dashboard shows as only 1 EMI is paid and not 2.
Now Bajaj has two payments to which I suggested
A. Transfer the money back to the Paytm wallet as that was a source of payments.
Or
B. Consider this as my second and advance payment.

C. Or transfer it to any bank where I hold accounts. ( before 2-3 year I had taken a loan via HDFC route. Transfer it to HDFC OR AXIS. They did exactly the opposite of what I had warned them before making the payments- well in advance.
The 2nd payment was again foolishly credited to bob account which is dormant. Now bfs is asking for bank account statement, how on earth can I get the statement of my dormant account in bob.

5. On top of all this my card was blocked due to your error and it is still blocked.

For the month of june2019 I made an advance payment on 21st may and my card still is blocked.It was told to me that it will be unblocked on 7th june and till now it is blocked .The ivr on the phone says that it will be unblocked on 7th july.What rubbish is this ??????? Don't you guys update your experia account it is never updated.This is the treatment you give to customers who have done advance payment???????

6.I would like to ask this to the customer experience head that are you playing around with your valued customers by blocking their cards unethically like this.

7. I will take strict course of action in the consumer forum and I have already posted this on their dashboard so that millions of people know how bajaj finserv harasses customers. Mr Saket Pawar tried to help me by suggesting that I should approach the pune branch to activate the dormant ac. But people in bob are saying that please goto your home branch to make the dormant account active, which is indore. It was a salary account of a company called gate6 where I used work.

8. As the extra amount of Rs. 2997 was transferred by you to my dormant account it is a loss to us we cannot even withdraw that amount. We asked the Pune BOB branch to which they said that you have to go to your home branch is indore, where I used to work before 7-8 yrs. Do you expect us to do all this, you want me wash your dirt for your mistake? You are liable to return me that amount or adjust the same with my third installment pending. Your executives are asking for Bank statement, but they are not aware that Bank statement is given to ONLY ACTIVE ACCOUNTS, and for making the account Active I need to go to Indore which is the Home Branch. Do you think I am a fool, I understand each and every thing. How on earth do you expect me to get the bank statement, I have received this as the only answer to my queries, even a kid can understand all this. This is what Mr Sanket Pawar suggests. I had been to pune branch and we have argued a lot. Treat that Money as my last EMI. Simple! I had offered the same solution before too, that since I have paid through PayTM, return back the money in the same way, but Bajaj people deposited the cheque back to the account which they knew is Dormant.

9. Please sort out this issue asap and unblock my card .I also gave a call to the customer care yesterday to Mr Nand Kishore to which no action was taken.
