Bajaj Finserv — bajaj executive worst behaviour

Hello,

This is regarding my bajaj finserv emi card (Customer id:[protected], i am a customer of bajaj since long time, i have been paying the emis on time all are auto debit and i never had any problem, from few days bajaj executives calling me hell number of times and asking me to pay the emi but all the emi’s has been auto debited already, i told the same with them but still they are calling me again and again,

Today i received a call from a person named charan tulasi from phone number [protected] and he has been asking for the payments and i told its been auto debited and he started raising his voice and started abusing me with bad language,

This kind of behavior is not acceptable and why the hell he should call me and abuse badly when i paid the emi’s on time???

And i question bajaj finserv that how can you hire these kind of persons who spoils the reputation of company, i am not going to bare this and i demand bajaj finserv to get back with an explanation, i need that fellow should be given punishment and a apolozy immediately,

You don’t have right to abuse any customer, you guys degraded my dignity and intentionally insulted me with intent to provoke breach of my peace and you cannot do it in democracy country, verbal abuse is a crime under the indian penal code (Ipc) and i can file a criminal complaint

I have a record of the conversation that i had with bajaj recovery fellow charan,

I need explanation and apology immediately until then i am not going to pay any emi and for this bajaj is responsible,

If i don’t hear from you immediately i am going to file a criminal complaint

I wrote a complaint about your executive behaviour on customers and it has been sent to bajaj by consumer form, but still no response from bajaj?? I wounder if bajaj finserv is asking their un professional employees to talk rubbish with customers?
