Hi,

When i took the loan the conditions was like, foreclosure charges was nil, and there were no part-payment charges too. The highlight for there advertising was "nil foreclosure charges". Now as per there email i got last week 4% charges are applicable on foreclosure and partpayment. I believe its a breach of trust and false advertising. I have contacted Hyederabad Branch office and they are saying that rules are change from May 25th, and go to to consumer court, can you please help us on this.
