I have got a call today on 14th august at 10.01 a. M. The girl mentioned her name as komal. She said that i have not paid my emi and i asked her about the details. Then she started shouting and misbehaving with me... What kind of customer service is this that i can't even ask my due amount... She harassed me... I asked her to hand over the phone to your manager... Then in a very bad way she said that there is no manager, i am the manager. Then she shouter for another minute... I have 6 emi going on... I am your regular customer and this is what i get in return... I will definitely think twice to again trust you guys... And i am trying to call on your customer care, surprisingly there is no option to talk to the executive... I don't usually complaint but she crossed all her limits. I need an immediate acrion. Or else i will go the court for harrasing your customer and will make sure that you guys will pay for your uneducated staff... Coz u guys should educate them how to talk to the customers...
