I am naresh sharma, mobile no [[protected]]. On 12 august, your customer care called me for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4999 earliest. Later on 12 august. I made the payment through my bajaj emi card (Rs 4999/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard (An image file is attached). Sir ur representative told that i will get the card in next 6 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card. I am applied for bajaj elite emi card. Amount of RS 4999 has been deducted towards this Elite EMI card successfully from my account. Once it was deducted after there is no other information from bajaj elite emi card regarding this. I called customer care to the reason. I m not able to connect u pupils to know my status of elite emi card. Kindly consider this mail in urgent manner and reply immediately.
