I took 6 lakhs 7 thousands loan no.404spl22065643 on 26th april 2016 from bajaj finserv company with 11.5% rate of interest, i preferred this bank only because of no charges for part payment and foreclosure. I took the loan and closed other banks personal loan because those banks are charging fore closure charges. But suddenly they changed policy on 1st june saying that 4% charges applicable for both part payment and foreclosure. I was misguided and cheated by this company with thsi sudedn changes. During loan availed tiem theyu cl;eraly informed me there is no fore closure charges. Bajaj finserv — bajaj finserv cheating customer with sudden changes in policies.
