Bajaj Finserv — Bajaj finserv company or company executives from collection department cheated with me

I, Ujjwal Kumar Bhattacharyya, Customer Id[protected], Registered mobile number [protected], and this is my registered mail id. I have taken a consumer loan (Buying Mobile) from Bajaj Finserv, Kharagpur Branch, Loan Account Number- 487DPFEM905895, Amount Rupees 18490/=. Checking the statement I shocked seeing the debited amounts towards emi as excess (12 times×3082 = 36984/=). But product cost was 18490/= rupees. 4 to 5 executives of collection department collected emi amount from me rupees 3082 many times. Company executives names are Mr. Bivash Samanta, Prince and another one person I don't know his name who are working at Bajaj Finserv in collection department. Kindly check the statement which I collected from Bajaj Finserv company. I have mailed again and again to company but problem not resolved. I request you kindly take any legal action against the company or Company executives for taken excess amount from me. I have attached statement of account which I have got from Bajaj Finserv Company.
