Dear sir / madam, For activation of emi card i have contacted october 1st week bajaj finserv customer care and they are responded on time and they have taken my request as well. (Executive nammr. Sujit). For followup i have started calling to bajaj finserv customer care numbers[protected],[protected], for verification purpose i h ave entered my details using ivr, here it self ivr saying wrong details of the customer identification. I have tried my mobile number & customer id as well but there is no use, for cross verification of my customer id i have sent a sms and i have received quick reply on sms with my customer id. It is correct only. I have sent a mail to all the mail ids which are available in their portal, but ther is no response. I have the call recording details while talking with customer care ivr Was this information helpful? | |||||

There no option to reach and talk to a live person. It is so irritating to just listen to record3d voice with no end result or outcome.
