Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv emi card is blocked without any notice

Hi my name is dolly suryawanshi, i am an existing customer of bajaj finserv from past 5 years and always i have paid my emi on time. With out any notice my card is blocked. I am not sure when its blocked i think its been a 4 months and i am trying to find out how to unlock my card but no proper update from any one.
