[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv emi card - new card not received

I lost my card in 2016. I am waiting for a new card since then. Every time i call the custome care they tell me that they have taken the request for issuing the new card and that it will take another 30-45 days for the new card to reach you. Then they said that they have already delivered the card, but i didn't receive any. So they again took the request to issue new card which as per them will take another 30-45 days. I have already called them 6-8 times and the response is always the same. Their ivr is complicated to add on to the woes. I am unable to understand what else should i do to get my card. Guys i need to shop and for that i need the card. My contact number is [protected]. Please resolve this for once and for all.

Updated by kaxarz Nothing has been resolved and the case is still open. They are just playing around with the custome. It’s not resolved.
