[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv emi card - new card not received | |||||
I lost my card in 2016. I am waiting for a new card since then. Every time i call the custome care they tell me that they have taken the request for issuing the new card and that it will take another 30-45 days for the new card to reach you. Then they said that they have already delivered the card, but i didn't receive any. So they again took the request to issue new card which as per them will take another 30-45 days. I have already called them 6-8 times and the response is always the same. Their ivr is complicated to add on to the woes. I am unable to understand what else should i do to get my card.
