[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv emi card surrender | |
My customer id is 44598427. I received a message from bajaj finserv stating "dear customer, your emi card annual inactive fees of rs.117 is due on 22nd june18. Available loan limit on card is rs.115, 000. Use your bajaj finserv emi card & get waiver on your annual inactive fee" At the time of issuing me the card i was told by the bajaj finserv executive that this card is free of cost with no annual fee. I have repaid all the installments of my loan and i dont need this card anymore so i want to deactivate/surrender my emi card. Please deactivate my card at the earliest as i dont need it anymore.
