[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv emi card updation to customer

Bajaj Finserv,

1. I have been your coustmer since last 6 Years and more, but unfortunately the approach of your company towards me has been very stalemate.

2. I had bought almost 4 or more consumer durables from your EMI card. But lately, very lately I had come to know that one of my first account was still under active even after paying all my emi's and upon enquiry from visiting your office it was know that am amount of Rs 110/- was pending. NOW I WONDER WHY WAS THE COMPANY SILENT AND HOLDING THE ACCOUNT ACTIVE SINCE 2012, would also like to inform you that this simple matters also shall effect my CBIL score. When you can call multiple times a day for promotions and various other things, why wasn't I received not even a single call .?

3. A Rep from your company called up few months ago and said I was ELIGIBLE for a loan upto 5 lakhs. I said I didn't require that amount but would be happy if you could grant a loan of 1.3 lakhs or so. Once all the documents were taken, I was informed that my loan was rejected citing LOW CIBIL SCORE, but when I downloaded my CBIL score I found the points given by you was much low than what I had and more interestingly I saw that there was a 3 time entry for a loan query of 5 lakhs. Again I would like to state that I HAD NEVER ASKED FOR A 5 LAKH LOAN. So I had again raised an objection on that that matter and later CBIL msgsd me saying that the query was removed from my CBIL sheet. I just what to know why the hell is your company acting in such a absurd manner .?

4. Recently when I went to a shop to buy an consumer durable., I was told that my card was inactive.! For further enquiry I had to again go to your office and I was told that my card was blocked due to low CBIL score ! And most interesting this was I am paying a finance company an EMI every month of an active account. !
Seriously this was the limit ! When you had to block my card why the hell wasn't I informed.? Doesn't your so called "company" like to keep its coustmer updated about the card. ? And I wonder what was the source to block my card when none of EMI were ever lapsed since the first one. I always took care in advance notification so that I don't lapse any emi. And now I see that this is how you respond to a coustmer for his loyality.
I was actually was thinking of visiting your office to enquiry about a raise in my loan limit. But when I left the office I was strong minded that I shall never again come to this office.

5. In view of the ongoing situation and experiences I would to direct you to DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST AND NULLIFY MY CARD. any remaining outstanding balance shall be credited to you. As soon as I get a confirmation msg.
