My above mentioned card was cancelled through telephonic conversation on call xxxxxxx8x1 about a year ago and now you have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account without informing me & not taking my permission before deducting. I have attached the copy of the letter confirming cancellation of my card for your reference. This may compel us to knock the legal door. Pls refund rs. 117/- back into my account. Hello! Your A/c no. ****** has been debited by Rs. 118 on 16Nov18. The A/c balance is Rs. 1154.45. Info: BAJAJFIN_MNDTVRFCHGS_OCT18 - Amount deducted from my account i didnt notified any reason.
Please mention the reason in deducting the amount if no reason revert back my deducted amount.

I used the Bajaj finserv way back in 2016 to buy a mobile. Once the loan was closed for this, I have not used the card since then. Today an amount of Rs.117 was deducted from my account.
