A few days before i had got a call from bajaj asking if i had any requirement for a personal loan and it was the time i was actually needing a loan, the lady took the information and said she will call back, but i never received a call back.
While using the bajaj experia application i found that i was having a elc card in my cards list, when i enquired about it i found that there is a really simple procedure to use the emergency cash loan facility, the customer care executive asked me to visit the branch office with some documents and the loan will be processed in 24 hours they said, but after visiting the branch i got to know that i have no such offers on my card so i will have to wait for the offers, don't you think this is stulidity, i mean does my need has anything to do with the offers? Then i again contacted the care and they said that my elc card has beeb blocked, i have no clue for what reason it was blocked, as i have done all the payments to bajaj on time, am i not suppose to be able to use all my facilities without any irrelevant problems.
Now they said that the card is blocked and i am helpless.
Bajaj has been fooling its customers for this, please stop this, it is really frustrating as for the needy it creates hopes and after visiting the branch it is a different scene all together.
